What happens next?

Buffy puts on the sweater, of course

Buffy hastily put on the sweater the girl named Anya handed to her, only to immediately take it off for the same reason she had taken off Cordelia's jacket.

So it's not just Cordelia's jacket, she thought. It's anyone's clothes. Which must mean I'm a victim of a spell or something -- a spell which prevents me from wearing anything at all. Not even a sweater or a jacket. God, I wish Willow was here. Or Gil -- No, not Giles. Not while I'm dressed like this.

The girl named Anya had picked up her sweater and put it back on without incident. "Hope you find a solution to your problems," she said with an insincere smile. "I would hate to see you get into trouble."

And with that, she walked away with Cordelia while Buffy just stood there and blushed.

My gosh, thought Buffy. Knowing my luck, it's only a matter of time before Principal Snyder shows up and uses this as an excuse to put me in detention or something. Or worse, expel me.

I got to get out of here, she thought.

And even though she knew she would attract more attention in her current state of dress if she ran than if she just stood still, Buffy ran away from the high school entrance, looking desperately for a place to hide till she could figure out a solution for her problem, while at the same time trying to hide her breasts and her private parts -- or at least those parts of her that once were private before they became exposed to public view -- with her inadequate hands.
