More Girl Talk

It had been a long and stressful day for Victoria Walker but she found comfort now snuggled up to Gavin Westher in the bed they'd share for the next two weeks. After last night and the absolute bliss of making love to each other today had been nothing but downhill as she realised they'd forgotten to use protection and failed to find any birth control in town. While Heather promised a solution tomorrow when she met with a doctor that was still over twelve hours away and with every passing second Victoria felt her young, fertile body becoming more and more **** to Gavin's seed resting inside her.

But she found solace, resting her head on his chest, feeling her fears melt away. Though as her fears melted away, desire took over. She was lying in bed with a boy, a boy she'd had sex with. She'd been drinking a little so she didn't remember everything vividly but she remembered it feeling good. And with everything going on she wanted to feel good.

She turned her head and looked up at him. He was looking off, distant and thoughtful. With a hand on his cheek, she turned his head to hers and reached up, pressing her lips to his. He hesitated for a moment then kissed her back fully, their lips parting and allowing their tongues to entwine.

As they kissed, Victoria brought her hand down, dropping from his cheek and travelling down his chest, until it reached his trousers. Running her fingers over his crotch, she traced the bulge of his penis, imagining how it might feel inside of her again.

Then Gavin's hand was on hers, lifting her hand away from his private area. Breaking the kiss, he sat up straighter, looking awkward and unsure.

"What's wrong?" Victoria asked.

"Nothing, it's just...after everything that's happened today, I don't know that I can," Gavin tried to explain.

"You mean you don't want to?"

"I want to, really I do, a day ago this would be a dream come true..." he paused, trying to choose his words carefully. "But I just can't stop thinking about the possibility of getting you pregnant."

"Well, you know, there's other stuff we could do," Victoria offered.

"I know, but..." he looked away from her. "I just keep thinking 'what if?'"

Victoria stood up from the bed with a deep breath. She knew she shouldn't be mad, he had every right to feel constrained by the weight of their problems...but she was kind of mad, because she was horny and Gavin was the one person who should be able to help with that.

"You're not upset, are you?" Gavin asked, seeing Victoria move towards the door.

"No. Just thirsty," Victoria lied, and left. At the same time, Ashley had just exited Zack's room, looking just as troubled as Victoria felt.

"Hey," Ashley waved. "Ready for that talk?"

"Definitely," Victoria said, as she waited for Ashley to fall into step and then both girls proceeded into the living area. In the kitchen, Heather and Chloe were cooking. Rather than risk being overheard, or being confronted by Chloe, Ashley guided Victoria out to the porch.

"Why do I have the feeling you have something big to tell me too?" Victoria asked, as she noticed Chloe glaring at Ashley.

"Because I've kind of been messing around with Zack. We thought we'd gone unnoticed but as it turns out Chloe knows. Brandon doesn't but since Chloe knows, I'm gonna have to tell him soon." Ashley laid it all out.

"Ash!" Victoria gasped. "I thought you loved Brandon?"

"I do...or I did? This thing with Zack is fun and exciting, but I don't know if it's just fun and exciting because its new or if its because that's what was missing with Brandon." Ashley frowned.

"Was there something missing with Brandon?" Victoria asked.

Ashley shrugged. "I don't know...maybe? I didn't think there was until I started with Zack and then it felt like there was. And that's not even the worst part."

"There's more?!" Victoria's mouth hung open.

"I just had sex with Kurt."

"KURT?! Kurt Johnson? WHY?!"

"Ssssssh," Ashley hastened to hush her friend. "It was an accident. It was dark and I thought it was Zack, OK. I'm not proud of it and it won't happen again but still...I did it and while I was doing it, it felt good. How do I know I'm not just turned on by the thrill of doing someone that isn't Brandon?"

"Geez, that's heavy, Ash. I mean, sex is sex, right? Not that I'd really know, but lots of people sleep around and have pleasure from one night stands. So a relationship isn't a prerequisite to good sex, so maybe it doesn't mean anything that you enjoyed it with Kurt," Victoria thought aloud. "And maybe the fact that you keep going back to the well, so to speak, with Zack, means it does mean something?"

"Yeah," Ashley agreed as she considered her friend's words. "Yeah, that makes sense."

"But before you do anything, Ash, you should talk to Zack. Figure out where the two of you stand," Victoria suggested.

"Yeah, I will, thanks Vicky," Ashley said as they shared a brief hug. "Now, what did you want to talk about?"

"I might be pregnant."

It was Ashley's turn to be slack jawed. "By who?!"

"Gavin. We had sex last night but I dunno if it was the wine or just because it was our first time but we totally forgot about protection and we couldn't find any in town. Heather has an appointment tomorrow but by then I could already be impregnated." Victoria explained quickly, almost panting by the time she was finished.

"Wow, Gavin, ok. I mean, it's annoying but it seems like the solution is gonna come tomorrow. Even with a day or so, birth control is still fairly efficient." Ashley said, mentally making a note to get herself some.

"I know. That's what Heather said too. But then I began to think, being pregnant might not be so bad." Then seeing the look of worry on Ashley's face, Victoria added, "I know I'm young and have the rest of my life, but if it had to happen now, with Gavin, I dunno, it would kind of feel right. But then we were just in our room and he was so stressed he didn't want to do anything."

"Anything? Like even oral?" Ashley clarified.

"Nope, he was just too freaked out. So I'm just left feeling stupid and horny."

"Good to know," Ashley joked. "Best advice I can give is the same advice you gave to me. Talk to Gavin. My guess is he's freaked out because of what a huge responsibility having a kid is and that's what he's focused on, not who he might be having it with. Though I should remind you that you guys have been together what a day? Are you even official? And you're already planning on having his kid?"

"I know, I need to cool my jets," Victoria laughed. "I wouldn't even be thinking about this if we'd used protection in the first place."

Before Ashley could form a response, Heather poked her head out and announced dinner was ready. Ashley and Victoria rejoined the group, just as Chloe brought the guys in. Looking arond the room, Ashley noticed that someone was missing.

"Hey, where's Zack?" She asked.

"If anyone would know, wouldn't you?" Chloe hissed.

"Why would Ashley know?" Brandon inquired.

"Oh, he went for a walk," Heather interrupted. "Said he had some thing to think about. We can save him a plate for when he gets back."

"Great, let's eat," Kurt wasted no time in taking a seat and dishing out food.

Ashley, however, looked wistfully towards the door. Something wasn't right. She could feel it.
