That last part raises an eyebrow, its certainly a departure from the usual "quit smoking in 30 days" blurb this kind of thing normally carries.

Inside there is a brief guide to placing someone in a hypnotic trance. After that, the bulk of the book consists of projects to try on the entranced subject. Things like simple commands and post-hypnotic suggestions through to more complex technics like past life regression and implanting new memories. There is even a chapter on creating a whole new personality in someone's mind.

It's all seems a bit implausible if you are being honest. Like some online fetishists idea of how hypnosis works. Still, it couldn't hurt to try it you just need a suitable test subject...
