Geddoe wanted to relax. First night back in Caleria, Ace was gone on an errand at headquarters, Jacques and Ailsa were off drinking "soda" or doing something Geddoe was too tired to worry about, and Queen, well..He didnt want to thinka bout Queen.
He closed his eyes and listened to the hawkers outside and the light spicy scent of the warm wind as it wafted through the open window. Drowsily, he pulled off his coat and fell back on the soft bed.
He faintly heard soft steps approaching and groggily mumbled, "hmm?"
