Meeting of bad guys

Warren and Andrew sat and watched a strange machine as it produced a small orb every few minutes. “I have to hand it to ya Andy, you were right about this guy. This plan is so simple it’s bound to work.”

“Aren’t you worried that it could just lead Buffy straight to us?”

“That’s the beauty of it. Mass produce these control orbs and sells them as new age relaxation devices, even if they don’t work on her she’ll never be able to figure it out before it’s too late.”

“I guess your right. So what are the instructions on these ones?”

“I started simple: ‘Feel calm and relaxed;’ ’Don’t worry about whatever is troubling them;’ ‘Show the orb to friends and family;’ ‘Don’t question any changes they or anyone else make;’ ‘Women feel and act more sexy.’ After a few weeks of those being reinforced we’ll up the programming. In no time everyone will be acting like we want.”

Later at the Magic Box, everyone is gathered around the table researching when Dawn comes in. “So what’s the big bad now?”

“Buffy had a strange nightmare that could have been a Slayer dream so we’re checking for a way to make sure.”

“Guys, I’m positive it was a Slayer dream. So instead of looking for ways to test my dream we should be looking to see how those geeks could have everyone doing. . .” Buffy glanced at Dawn, “. . .that stuff.”

Dawn sat at the table and started going thru her bag. “Oh don’t worry so much Buffy, We’ll figure it out we always do. Anyway I’ve got something for you guys. Janice showed me this cool new relaxation orb and I wanted to show all of you.”

Dawn pulled one of the control orbs out of her bag and held it out in front of everyone. A bright flash filled the room.
