"That's right," said Henry. "When I wake you, you'll be totally refreshed, relaxed. You'll realize getting hung up on the past is no way to live and so decide to start focusing on the now and the future instead. Any time you're reminded of your friend, you'll also be reminded how he'd want you to move on and live your life. Understand?"
