It's time for the meeting

You say goodbye to Brock and Misty and follow the guard inside.

Soon, you find yourself in front of the room where the meeting is being held. The guard nods and tells you to enter.

You gulp and take a deep breath before slowly opening the door.

Inside, a series of desks are arranged in a crescent shape, with people seated behind them, deep in discussion.

Right now, in front of you, there are eleven of the most important people in the entire region. The only one you are familiar with is Delia; the others, you only vaguely recognize.

As you step inside, the conversation stops. All eyes turn to you.

Delia smiles reassuringly, while the others study you carefully.

"So this young man is the one" the first to speak says.

You immediately recognize him: a muscular man with a long black ponytail. Just like the legends say, he never wears a shirt—even here.

Bruno, the leader of Pewter City and one of the Four Divine Warriors—the Martial King.

"He certainly is" Delia confirms.

"Introduce yourself" Bruno says, fixing you with a steady gaze.

"Y-yes! My name is Erik Scarlett, born in the Pallet area. I currently work as a sort of guardian of that area" you say.

You’re nervous, but Bruno notices the determination in your eyes and simply nods.

"So, as the final matter of the day, we will discuss Lady Kazam’s prophecy and the situation regarding Mister Scarlett," says the man seated at the center.

Red spiky hair, pale skin, a cape draped over elegant clothes—his presence alone is overwhelming.

Lance Ryuzaki, leader of Sapphire City and another of the Four Divine Warriors—the Draconic Knight.

"Excuse me, Lord Lance… if I may ask: I was told about the Oracle’s vision. Could you tell me more about what she saw?" you ask.

""I will leave that to the expert. Sabrina, please inform our guest," Lance says.

You turn toward the woman he indicated.

A striking beauty with a cold gaze and a mysterious aura.

For what you heard she must be Sabrina Nostradamus, leader of Saffron City and a prodigy in psychic arts.

She looks at you coldly for a moment before speaking.

"My master a few days ago had a vision. According to her prophecy, the Kanto region will soon fall into chaos and destruction due to an unknown enemy. However, a hero wielding many weapons will rise to oppose it."

She pauses briefly.

"She also foresaw a strange phenomenon in Pallet and sent someone to investigate. That investigation led to you—a man capable of manifesting weapons through bonds with musus."

"Musus? Plural? You must be quite the womanizer young man" a woman with scarlet hair styled in a ponytail, glasses and an elegant suit ,that shows off just how sexy she is, says with a smirk.

Lorelei Williams, leader of Cerulean City, Misty's mother and one of the Four Divine Warriors—the Queen of Ice.

"Lorelei, must you always joke? we are talking about a serious matter. Plus do not tease this young man" an older woman scolds Lorelei.

This seemingly nice granny is dressed in a deep purple dress and near her sit there's a well made magical staff with a dark purple gem on hit.

You recognize this woman too and she is definetly someone you can't underestimate: she is the last member of the 4 divine warriors and the member that held the title for the longest time. The leader of Lavender town Agatha Stiges—the Witch from Hell.

"Ladies, perhaps we should focus on evaluating the boy instead of bickering" another man says calmly.

This one is also a very recognizable face since it can be found all around the region.

Slicked-back hair, business suit, confident posture and arrogant look.

He is Giovanni Terranuova, the leader of Viridian city and owner of the biggest group of transports of the entire region, thing that makes him probably the richest man in all Kanto.

"Since you’ve explained your abilities, young man, perhaps you wouldn’t mind demonstrating them?" he asks.

"S-sure," you reply.

You summon the Bulbasaur sword.

"This weapon comes from my bond with my long-term partner, which is a Bulbasaur girl. It's powerful and it can mimic some of her abilities." you explain.

You dismiss it and summon the dual blades.

"And these were created after I bonded with a Charmander girl—"

"Fascinating!"

An old man suddenly appears next to you, grabbing your arm to look closely at the blade.

"A mana-constructed weapon formed through emotional resonance between a man and a musu—extraordinary!" he screams all excited

The, seemingly crazy, old man, with a bald head, big white moustaches, sunglasses and a lab coat over his clothes, that is studying your weapon right now must sir Blaine Cinnabar, leader of the Cinnabar Island, which is the only main city of the region that is not attached to the continent.

Even if he seems out of his mind, Blaine is one of the greatest inventors and artificiers ever seen in the region and created lots of technologies you use in your daily life; he is also known to be a master of fire technics that he uses for his experiments.

"Ahhh this view is amazing! Young man you gotta come with me and help me with some experiments! With this new information i can feel my mind burning nonstop with idea-" Blain rambles for a few minutes before suddenly his head gets grabbed by a big hand.

"No" you hear before a quite intense thundershock comes from the hand, shocking the old Blaine that squirms for a little before the shock stop.

"My.... ideas..." Blaine mumbles before he gets knocked out.

The man that just shocked Blaine is a mountain of muscles that wears a tanktop and military colored cargo pants and has blonde spiky hair. Another one that you quickly recognize.

When you were a kid this men became one of the most known adventurer of the last decades after he defeated alone 100 bandits and guided various adventurers through difficult mission. He was skilled enough as a leader that the former leader of Vermillion city nominated him as his successor.

Patrick Surge, also know as the 'Lightning commander'.

"Sorry, kid. I was supposed to keep an eye on him, he gets too excited about new stuff but" he says.

"N-no problem sir!" you instinctively stand at attention while talking with him.

"At ease kid, you are not one of my troops, not for now at least" he smirks and the goes back to sit, bringing with him the fuming body of Blaine.

And these are the weapons I can summon so far though i will work to make more as we investigate this mystery" you say

"And what proves us that you won't use this power against us and the region. You seem a good man at first but who knows what could you do with that kind of powers" A sharp and serious voice says.

You turn and see who said it.

His look was so sharp and intense that it could almost stab you in the heart and, when you recognize who he is, you understand he could easily do that for real too.

Hairs that are as black as the night, a red scarf tied around his neck and fingerless gloves with a simbol on them: the skull that usually represents the poison technics with a kunai penetrating its forehead, the mark of the Dokunobi clan, the guardians of the savage area. The leader of the clan, Koga Dokunobi, is also the leader of Fuchsia city and the best ninja in the region.

"Noble Koga i would never betray the region. This is my home!" you answer. You try to stay calm but you don't like this kind of accusation.

"I heard lots of people saying that, just to discover that they were terrorist with ties with the clan Rocket" he says coldly.

"Mister Koga, it is not nice to launch such accusation with our dear guest" you hear a gentle voice say. It came from the opposite side of Koga.

The woman that just say that is truly gorgeous. She has beautiful black hair styled in a bob cut and a gentle, relaxed face that is smiling at you right now, she also wears an emerald green kimono.

For what you know she must be Erika Celadon, the leader of Celadon city, also known as 'The daughter of the forest'. Her surname is the name of the city since she was adopted by the former leader of the town.

"I believe Erik is someone we can trust, i can feel that his soul is strong and gentle" Erika says while her beautiful smile makes you skip a beat.

"Belief is not proof, you follow too much your instincts Erika" Koga replies.

"Nor is suspicion evidence" Erika counters.

The tension rises—

Until your charm begins to glow and Mew appears in her spiritual form.

"I believe things are getting a little tense, so i am here to support my champion" Mew says while levitating in the air.

Everyone is shocked by the appearance of the spiritual form of Mew.

"So is it true that you chose him as a possible hero for this imminent danger" Lance says to her.

"I surely did, sorry if this is all so sudden but i think we must get ready as soon as possible" Mew says and then yawns.

"D-damn... just appearing takes too much energy from me at the moment..." her imagine already starts to flicker.

"Well lady Mew, your words will give us material to discuss about the situation... thanks for your time" Lance lowers his head in sign of respect.

"Eheh... you are... a good knight" she says before she goes back to your charm.

Silence falls on the room for a couple of minutes until Lance breaksit.

"I think we have enough informations to discuss. Sir Scarlett we will call you back in when we will decide what to do" Lance says.

"Yes sir" you nod.

You bow and leave.

Outside, you sit down, finally able to breathe.

"Guess you passed the first trial" you open your eyes and see Leaf standing next to you.

She then sits right next to you.

"Yeah i did, and i must say lots of the leaders are quite the characters" you say.

"...Are you really sure about this hero thing?" she asks quietly.

You chuckle.

"Wow, Leaf worrying about me? I’m honored."

"You idiot… of course I worry," she mutters.

You look at her.

"You’ve been acting strange lately. Everything okay?"

"It's just... the last days were quite strange and i am worried i can't keep up..." she sighs.

"Come on Leaf, you are one of the most talented girls i know, you can do whatever you want if you try hard enough" you say.

she thinks about it for a moment and the smiles.

"Maybe you are right. Then i will have to be ready to help you, mister hero" she giggles.

You two keep chatting for a few more minutes until the council finally calls you back inside.
