“Maisie, you are now nine months pregnant.”

The change starts immediately. Maisie’s stomach swells out rapidly. You notice her boobs swell too, and the rest of her body is lightly padded with extra fat. “What the fuck?!” screams Maisie. She has no idea how this is happening. Her hands move to hold her now hugely distended belly. “How the fuck did you do that?” she asks, trembling in fear. She winces suddenly, the aches of pregnancy hitting her abruptly, and then tears well into her eyes as she is bombarded with an onslaught of hormones she is unprepared for.

“Maisie, you believe we had sex nine months ago and you have been pregnant this whole time. Maisie, none of the negative effects of pregnancy apply to you - you don’t experience aches or pains, your appetite and hormones are normal, and the only parts of your body that are larger than normal are your belly and chest.”

Maisie’s clenched face relaxes, she slumps back slightly as her cheeks and arms shrink back to their previous size, leaving her pregnant torso even more pronounced.

“I don’t know how you just made my aches go away, but why wouldn’t you do that months ago? I’ve been carrying around this baby for nine months and you just decide to do that now?”

You’re too mesmerized to respond. You thought having sex with your long term crush was the best thing that could ever happen to you, but it pales in comparison to seeing your best friend pregnant with your baby. She sees you staring at her, and she smiles back sweetly. “What are you thinking?”
