Meg has the huge leatherbound tome of the Ass Goetia out on her bed. She’s flicking through it, studying all the details of your summoning ritual in hopes that there’s some loophole she can use to make you do gay stuff. “Okay, fine. This is ironclad. But there must be some way I can punish you!”

“When you find it, let me know. Meanwhile, we have more important things to worry about.”

“Like what?”

“The dark ancient magic. It must be coming from somewhere on campus. We have to figure out where!”

“Oh, right. That does sound really important. Although…”

“Yes?”

“Now that you’re back, I just want to hang out with my demon boyfriend for a while. Why don’t we go out for dinner and see a movie?”

“Meg, that actually sounds lovely.”

“We don’t have to worry about the dark ancient magic right away,” says Meg, lying on her stomach and kicking her feet in the air in a way that she must know for a fact is adorable. She rests her chin on her hands and smiles at you. “It’s been a big few weeks. I want to go on a cute date! Oh, and maybe we could play some more pranks on cute girls.”
