The Contestants

"... Ava Ayala, also known as the White Tiger."

Peter watched as a woman was teleported into sitting across from him.

She was wearing what was obviously a supersuit, made of white, with black lines running throughout, like a white and black tiger. A green emblem sat on her chest, and her hair stuck out in a ponytail behind her mask.

"Welcome, Miss Ayala," Edith's voice chimed. "Please do not be concerned at your inability to move, that will be restored after all Contestants are introduced. Peter, this is Ava Ayala of Earth-12042, an alternate reality from a universe known from a show called 'Ultimate Spider-Man.' Miss Ayala was pulled from her time stream at the age of 22. In her highschool years, she worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. alongside Spider-Man of Earth-12042, as a member of his team called the 'Ultimates.' Ultimately, the team was revamped into a hero trainer course, where Peter Parker, Ava Ayala, and other veteran heroes trained up and coming heroes in the field.

"Now, for the First Contestant of Mephistopheles, we have... Maybelle Parker of Earth-1048."

An older lady was flashed into the room, sitting on the couch across from White Tiger. She had short red hair, and wore a normal civilian outfit.

"Welcome, Mrs. Parker," Edith said. "I repeat, please do not be alarmed at your inability to move, it will be restored after all Contestants are introduced. Peter, this is Maybelle Parker of Earth-1048, a universe known as 'Spider-Man PS4.' She was pulled from her time stream at her moment of ****, and promptly healed. She raised her nephew from a young age, and knew he was Spider-Man, however, her nephew wasn't aware that she knew, until her last breath. She worked at F.E.A.S.T., a homeless shelter organization.

"Without delay, I introduce you to the Second Contestant of Anansi... Mary Jane Watson of Earth-6710."

A beautiful redhead wearing a civilian outfit flickered into the room, sitting next to White Tiger.

"Welcome, Miss Watson," Edith droned. "Please stay calm, I will restore your ability to move shortly. Peter, this is Mary Jane Watson of Earth-6710, one of many universes where you were Spider-Man. Mary Jane and Peter Parker of her world were lovers, then they split up, when they couldn't reconcile the balance between his life as Spider-Man and as Peter Parker.

"On the contrast, may we now introduce the Second Contestant of Mephistopheles... Olivia Octavius of Earth-58292."

A brunette with curly hair wearing a... contraption with four octopus arms spawned in next to May Parker.

"Welcome, Miss Octavius. Please sit patiently, your mobility will be returned shortly. Peter, this is Olivia Octavius of Earth-58292, also known as Doc Ock. Originally a doctor in bioengineering, she gained tentacle-like mechanical arms when she connected to them with a faulty UI. Eventually, she turned to villainy, where she opposed the Spider-Man of her world.

"For our next pair of Contestants, we start with the Third Contestant of Anansi, Felicia Hardy of Earth-199989."

A woman with platinum blonde hair, a domino mask, and a black leather catsuit flickered in next to Mary Jane.

"Welcome, Miss Hardy," Edith said. "Your mobility will be returned shortly. Peter, this is Felicia Hardy of Earth-199989, a world very similar to yours. Felicia Hardy was a classmate of Peter Parker, however, she turned to a life of high value burglary, and faced across Spider-Man several times. However, they also worked together on various occasions, notably against Thanos' army, and during the incursion caused by Dr. Strange's spell.

"We now follow up with the Third Contestant of Mephistopheles, Anne Weying of Earth-6294."

A woman wearing a black oily bodysuit appeared next to Olivia.

"Welcome, Miss Weying," Edith said. "Please wait, your mobility will be returned shortly. Peter, this is Anne Weying of Earth-6294, also known as Venom. Originally your classmate from college, she was empowered by a symbiote of Klyntar and became an antihero that worked both with and against Spider-Man.

"For our last pair, let us introduce the Fourth Contestant of Anansi, Natasha Romanoff of Earth-5373."

A redhead wearing a catsuit appeared next to Felicia.

"Welcome Miss Romanoff, your mobility will return shortly. Peter, this is Natasha Romanoff of Earth-5373, known as Black Widow. Originally a Russian spy, she defected and joined S.H.I.E.L.D., and continued on to become an Avenger.

"Last but not least, we have the Fourth Contestant of Mephistopheles, Emma Frost of Earth-3467."

A woman with blonde hair wearing very fashionable but skimpy clothing appeared next to Anne Weying.

"Welcome, Miss Frost," Edith said. "Peter, this is Emma Frost of Earth-3467. She is a business mogul and a mutant. She has fought both with and against her world's Spider-Man, and considers him to be an honorable individual.

"As the introductions are over, I will restore your mobility, please stay calm."
