Saber hesitated in the middle of her stroll.

She answered as if the words were getting stuck in her throat.

Have you come to make a reservation? Or did you have one already?"

"Uh..."

While James struggled to answer, overwhelmed by the bouncy nature of the nurse, Saber stepped up.

"He hasn't. This is my master's first time at the emporium, he is here to get the basic procedure and I think I'll get some check-up as well."

Pitou scribbled some words on her clipboard and nodded.

"Alright. I'll help you with the registration, sir. Ms...Saber, correct? You can head to the right hallway for the check-up."

Saber nodded to the maid, gave James a small wave and walked over to the right hallway.

James followed pitou to the counter and registered his modification.

Neferpitou assured that the enhancement procedure doesn't include any sort of pain, which helped him relax a bit.

"Well...when a character asks for a check-up, usually they feel something is wrong with them.

As far as I know, Saber doesn't get pregnant in her original world since she is something called a 'Servant', and if she was enabled to become pregnant, she must notify her master once she was bought."

"She didn't tell me anything about that."

James quickly replied. Neferpitou shrugged.

"Well then, you are not the father. She must simply feeling down or something, then.

Your character will most likely be out by the time you are done with your modification, so you don't need to worry to much."

After that, James took a seat on the chair and waited for his turn.

Neferpitou informed him that there was a 'pleasure room' for the customers to use while waiting for their characters to return.

He decided to pass on the experience. He didn't want to get worked up right before he got his painless enhancement...whatever that may be.

His played with his phone, which was out-modeled by a large margin.

'I'll have to get a new one...'

During the free time, James looked up some informations about characters and RealDreams Cooperation.

For a mega corporation that renovated the world, their were surprisingly few informations about the company itself.

Every article, every essay was too busy emphasizing on the goods they brought or dissecting on their technology...which by the end, all boiled down to praising the company as a whole.

Before James could ponder too much on the matter, Neferpitou's voice called out.

"James Gardner! Please go to Room 101 for your enhancement."

James got up and shuffled his feet to Room 101, hardly aware that someone was watching his back with a small squint in their eyes.
