The Custodian

Just as Elena and Missy were getting acquainted, a middle-aged man was exiting the dorm room opposite theirs. Michael Rogers had been at River Valley University for well over two decades at that point, now one of the custodians with most seniority. The weeks that the new crop of students moved into their rooms was always busy, to the point where Rogers loathed early Fall. He had just spent half an hour trying to fix a leaky showerhead, and still had around half a dozen clogged sinks left to do on that same floor. He cursed the students who managed to fill the cleanout of their sinks with hair and assorted other nastiness. One thing the decades of working at a university had taught him was the fact that the girls were very much worse than the boys in that regard. As he briefly stood in the corridor, he noticed the open door across the hall and he decided to peer his head in briefly, hearing the animated conversation between two girls coming from within.

His curiosity was rewarded with the sight of two fine specimens of American-bred coeds. One blonde, one fiery redhead, both with curves in all of the right places. One thing Michael never complained about was being around young people all the time. Especially if those young people were attractive and scantily clad like this pair. The redhead suddenly noticed him standing in the open door frame and addressed him. "Can we help you with something?" He was briefly startled, but quickly regained his composure. "No, I was actually going to ask you if I can help you? Lots of folks who just moved in are complaining about the plumbing. Have you checked the sink and shower in your bathroom?" Elena shook her head just as Missy turned back to glance at their unexpected guests. "We are fine sir, we will be sure to call you if we need you." Roger shrugged and then turned around, missing the fact that Elena mouthed the word 'creep' at Missy, which made the blonde chuckle.
