"Your great-uncle’s estate is worth over half a billion dollars, and you’re one of the beneficiaries," she states matter-of-factly, her tone as dry as it is tantalizing.

Your jaw drops, eyes widening in disbelief.

"There are a few conditions precedent, though," Cin adds, raising a perfectly arched eyebrow, clearly enjoying the moment. "Conditions that need to be discussed first."
