A visit with Clara

Tessa Brooks, Rule, she will go to Clara Joy's residence and remain there from the hours of 9PM to 7AM.

Tessa Brooke, Action, she will sleep in the same location as Clara Joy tonight in the nude. She will try and convince Clara Joy to the best of her ability that she is scared and seeks this bonding moment.

I was exhausted from having to deal with people that thought me and Kat were going out. I just wanted to sleep. It was kind of early. About 8:30, but I was still recovering from the muscle fatigue of the recent punishment, so I- was standing up? What? I couldn't stop myself from just leaving my room. I didn't know where I was going but I was going there.

I guess it was safe to assume that this was Samuel's doing. He did say he was still going to punish me. But why now? What was he thinking. I just closed my eyes. Oh, shit that's interesting. My body seemed to know what I was doing. Eye's not required I take it. I wonder if I would still manage this if I was asleep? The implications were horrifying.

I opened my eyes occasionally but I didn't seem to be leaving the school grounds. Actually, I ended up coming to a large building. Oh wait. Was this? Right, I heard that Clara Joy lives on campus. So Samuel was forcing me to come here. I knocked on the door and Clara opened it. She seemed confused but I just walked in.

"Tessa, I... I... I..." Clara was twisting her face as she tried to **** the words. "I see. So it's a rule."

"A rule?" I asked.

"You don't know about rules?" she asked. I just nodded for her to continue. "Samuel's book can only issue three commands. The more reliable one he can issue is a Rule. The way a rule works is the person is **** to obey it, but what's more powerful about it is no one can attempt to stop a player from carrying out the rules of the rule."

"And you think I am under such an effect?" I asked. I mean. Obviously I knew I cam here against my will, but how did she know.

"I can't **** my mouth to ask you to leave, so it's safe to assume one of us is under a rule. My guess is you," she said.

"What is the rule," I asked.

She just nodded her head to say no. "I don't know. I just know I can't violate it. No one can," she said.

I guess some information was better. I found I could do whatever I wanted once inside, but I couldn't leave. I could open the door but taking one step past it was just impossible. I walked around. I could go in the backyard but couldn't even reach my hand over the fence. So what? I am a prisoner in Clara's home now?

"I made dinner if you are hungry," Clara said.

I was a bit hungry. "It's not like chicken fingers and mac and cheese is it."

She huffed a bit. "Can you please stop making fun of me! I know how to cook. I made a pot roast with mashed potatoes and stuffing, as well as steamed vegetables for your information."

"Actually that sounds great. Thanks."

She smiled.

I supposed if I was under house arrest. It could be worse. "So wait. You know about how the book works? Samuel isn't going to be mad at you for telling me that?"

"Nope," she said looking proud. "He specifically told me I am allowed to advise you in any way I see fit as long as I do not directly interfere."

"Really? I wonder why he did that?" I wondered. He seemed so keen on this being a one on one game.

"I asked for it," she said. "I wanted a way to say sorry. That day when you first saw me with Samuel. He asked me to pick your punishment and I was just so hyper. I may have picked the wrong one. I didn't want to be rude to you. I want to help if I can," she paused looking down. "I am not sure how much help I can be, after all I lost. But I want to try!"

She was trying so hard. Or she seemed to be. Ugh, I really wish I had more of a handle on this situation, but I liked to trust my gut, and it was telling me Clara could be of help. So for now. I just smiled. All I wanted was to eat dinner and go to bed.
