a figure on the road

As I was walking down the road thinking about making camp, I saw a figure laying down near the edge of the road. I pulled out a kunai in case this was a trap. looking around I did not see anything with my initial look, but I kept my guard up.

as I got closer to the figure, I saw it was a short green creature. it had long skinny arms and a rather ugly face. I started to think this was not a trap as I saw how injured the thing was and all it seemed to have been a loin cloth covering its lower half and a broken stick about half of its size.

I look up to make sure no one was about to attack me. not seeing anything I roll it over and start to give it first aid. I blush as I move the cloth and it shows the thing has a large cock. shaking my head i try to speak to it. "Hey are you okay.

"I do come from a different world yes," I said with some hope. "Do you know where I am? or how I could get back home?" I ask him only to regret it as I can tell he is still in pain. shaking my head I pick up the little guy and make a small camp in a nearby clearing. I can get my answers tomorrow.
