One procedure later...
Mabelle is realized
Opening her eyes, Mabelle was on edge.
"I wonder what I look like." the elderly coordinator thought as her gaze fell upon her skin. Old and leathery, she was instantly reminded of Carol's. "Amazing."
Gazing about the room, Mabelle searched for a mirror. Finding none, a sigh escaped her lips. This was everything that the elderly coordinator wanted and more. A shame that the mirror remained out of reach.
"Oh well." she whispered, her elderly voice sounding natural in every sense of the word. Though, a touch louder than normal. Reaching up to her ears, she was met with a pair of bulky hearing aids.
"Oh. You're awake." a voice called out, bringing with the surgeon in charge. Focused on Mabelle, a smile hung to their face. In turn, Mabelle smiled back. Hopefully Carol and Caroline would show up so she could leave...
