Stopping Petty Crime
Jill wasn't a beat cop.
She was a member of S.T.A.R.S, meaning she was the most elite of the elite in the RPD food chain. Yet that didn't mean she wasn't some high and mighty goddess above stepping in to stop petty crimes.
“Stop right there!” Jill yelled, pulling a flashlight from her belt and shining it onto the sight in front of her.
Said sight was a simple one, a punk painting graffiti on the sidewall of a business, honestly a nice bit of mundane mischievous crime in comparison to the brutality of Jill’s recent cases.
The punk let out a gasp, a sound so feminine that it gave away the punk’s gender despite the oversized hoodie and ventilator mask. The punk dropped her spray can and threw her hands up in the air, immediately giving up the ghost.
“Hood down and mask off!” Jill ordered.
“W-wait? Can't we talk about this?” The punk asked, starting to shake in fear.
“Hood down and mask off now!” Jill reaffirmed.
The punk, still shaking, slowly pulled down the hood and with unsteady hands, took off the mask.
“Holy shit,” Jill let out. “Katherine Warren?”
Katherine Warren, the daughter of Raccoon City’s mayor, stared at Jill with fear and panic.
“You can't arrest me! My dad doesn't know I do this!” Katherine yelled.
“Well maybe you should have considered that before you went out and did this.” Jill reached behind her and pulled a pair of handcuffs from back pocket.
“No please!” Katherine stepped back from Jill. “I'll be in so much trouble if I get arrested!”
Jill stepped closer to Katherine and Katherine stepped back again.
“Please! I'll pay you!”
“So you wanna add bribery to your charges?”
Katherine became even more panicked and thus even more desperate.
“I'll do sex things!”
Jill stopped in her tracks.
