Bachelorette - Chemist Catastrophe

(Trigger warning blood, and alien esc things, also First time writing anything. pls give feedback)

Coala Pierce is a 24-year-old college student studying chemistry and medicine, she was coasting along with her love for the elements and how they interacted with each other, how they could be used to help [or harm] the body of animals and humans.Her mother loved and supported her pursuit of knowledge even if she wished she was more social she at least had her classmates there to help her with her journey.

Along Coala's journey [2 years into college] she was studying a new medicine she had made to help with blood clots under a microscope. "Wait did it move... nah I'm probably seeing things I haven't slept in a day anyway plus how could it its blood not like it's still connected to the person *she giggled a little as she moved her mahogany hair out of the way of her emerald eyes* She looked back through the microscope to see, nothing? the blood wasn't there anymore but if it wasn't there where was it. *Just then she felt something crawling no slithering up her face, Coala fell into a panic as she slapped at her face trying to get this thing off of her, but no matter what she did it didn't budge as it entered her nose and went down her throat. She didn't know how to process what just happened, so she didn't try to all she knew was something bad was going to happen.

A couple of days later Coala was going through her morning routine shower, brushing teeth, doing her hair and all when she noticed her eyes used to match a tight emerald necklace her mother had gotten her weren't matching anymore, instead of green they were brown but there were splotches of green and orange she didnt know why but she felt oddly calm about the situation, she still felt a slight bit uneasy from the eye color change she didnt want anyone to notice so she almost ran to her room and locked her selfe inside.

Another couple days later Miss Pierce noticed her daughter had been a lot more reserved and she hadn't gone out with any of her friends in a while she assumed maybe she had lost one of them, so she decided to surprise her by signing her up for a dating sight.
