"Welkome. How may we azzizt you?"

Dave smiled at the big orc in glasses. "We need to order some furniture for a new home. Let's start with the beds."

The large orc smiled toothily and friendly, nodding. "Certainly. Pleaze follow me."

They started following him through the big furniture store. Harley and Tink both looked a little skeptical. "You sure about this?" Harley asked. "After buying a mansion we're going shopping at Orkea?"

Dave shrugged. "We only own a small amount of furniture right now. We should take our time buying the special pieces we want but we need some basic furniture too for the meantime and for the servants quarters. Orkea gets a bad rap but a lot of their stuff is perfectly fine. Let's look at pieces with that in mind."

"Oh," says Tink looking at a big bed. "What's a "Seed bed"? You guys growing these?"

The sales orc smiles and adjusts his glasses. "Actually dis model iz pretty popular. "Da Seed Bed" iz kapable uv upport'n 'da weight uv several 'tra large ork Boyz an dere konquests at 'da same time. 'Da heavy frame will hold up ta many repeated, rough poundings an’ 'da included optional manacles will make secur'n 'da chozen seed receptacles a simple task."

"Ooohhh..." Harley nodded smirking. "Seed Beds. I got it... kinky!" She shrugged and lay down on the bed then wriggled her hips. "Not bad. We may need some of these."

Dave nodded. "Add it to the list then if it fits. What else you got?"

They bought some "Seed Beds" (one in "Konqueror" size) as well as dressers, wardrobes, tables and chairs, and a large couch from the fantasy medieval line. Tink had her doubts earlier but totally got into picking out just the right gothicly dark furniture that would look "coolest". Dave and Harley meanwhile were more impressed with the durability, utility and oddly enough the comfort. It didn't hurt that the pieces were fairly inexpensive either.

"Yah, know..." Harley said relaxing on an outdoor piece they were considering with Dave while Tink and the Orks flitted about. "I never thought I'd say this but Ork artisans get a bad rap! This was a good idea!"

Dave nodded. "Simple, big, fairly durable and inexpensive is hard to beat. I'm not saying dwarf and elf stuff ain't nice, and we may get some at sime point, but it comes at a huge premium. For starting out basic furniture some of this ain't bad. It helps we're looking at the more "high-end" stuff. Some of the other stuff is... well..."

Harley looked at the "basik" line. She considered an ironwood log with old axes and hatchets with their heads buried into it and left there to form the "ams" and "back" of the "bench" and nodded. "A little too "ork", perhaps," she said as they watched several orks drag out a footstool made from a giant statues "foot".

Dave nodded. "I think we'll get these for that little courtyard area. What do you think?"

Harley smiled and nodded. "I think that's a good idea. They'd be perfect around the firepit. We should get some torches too!"

Dave smiled. "I agree but we'll do that some other time. I don't want to blow a lot at Orkea. Just the immediate basics. We still got to hit RealDreams and whoever we get might have particular tastes of their own."

Harley grinned. "You better go tug on the goth fairy's reigns then before she gets even more carried away, Puddin'!"

Dave chuckled and nodded. He rose and kissed her cheek. "I'm on it, Harls."
