"I would never dream too," Rose said as she thought about betraying every single word she learned while living within the Slytherin dungeons. Her eyes get caught by Dumbledore bestowing his wisdom upon all of his students.

"Now that is better. The ceremony is over and now it is time to welcome our new impressible students to Hogwarts." The entire student body sings the school song to the new students. The headmaster said looking directly at Rose for a split second before continuing his speech. "First off, let me introduce the newest member of our staff. Horace Slughorn. Professor Slughorn, I'm happy to say, has agreed to resume his old post...as Potions Master. Meanwhile, the post of Defense Against the Dark Arts...will be taken by Professor Snape. Rose paid close attention to his almost burnt-looking hand. She feels very worried looking at him, as she would be having additional lessons with the white-bearded man this year. Crabbe tap her shoulders and then handed her a chunk of parchment paper.
