Nami Wins

Nami was cautious because she didn't know how Luffy fought and wanted him to attack first.

It din't take long for Luffy to make the first move with a Gomu Gomu no Pistol. Although Nami was surprised at Luffy's arm stretching, she was able to dodge it.

"What was that? Did you eat a Devil Fruit?" asked Nami.

"That's right. I ate the Gomu Gomu no Mi, making me a rubberman," replied Luffy.

"That's an interesting power you have, Luffy. I'm sure I can make great use of it, more than you eould've on your own."

"I can use my DF fine without your help, Nami. Watch this. Gomu Gomu no Gattling Gun."

This time a flurry of punches came after Nami, but she was able to bob and weave through them, avoiding all of Luffy's punches.

"N-no way. You dodged it all," said Luffy surprised.

"Your attacks are too slow. They may be strong, but iff they can't actually hit me, it doesn't matter," said Nami.

Luffy then started attacking Nami in a fury of attacks with no real plan, but Nami simply dodged them all as she swiped the rope off the nearby table. While Luffy was preoccuppied with trying to land a hit on Nami, she tied his ankles together, causing him to trip and fall to the floor. Nami used the chance and completely tied him all up in rope.

"Looks like I win," declared Nami.

"This isn't fair. You didn't actually attack me."

"I did attack you. Just because it's not in a way you would've thought, doesn't mean it's any less effective. You can't get out, can you? That means I win, you work for me now, and your dram of becoming pirate King is over," declared Nami.

Luffy could not believe what had happened, but it was true that he couldn't get out of the rope. He had lost to Nami and with it, his dreeam and all the hard work that he had poured into it since he was a kid.
