Ivy's rule

Ivy allows nature (primarily plants) to retake most of the land, humans took from it. Whether humans survive this massive transformation of the landscape, she does not care. She also does not allow humans to harm plants in any way.

Ivy is merciful enough not to just kill all humans, but she prevents everyone she deems unworthy from reproducing.
