Romilda Vane, the tan skinned, freckled girl with the thick curly hair had a huge crush on Harry.
She tried to slip Harry a love potion despite such potions being banned at Hogwarts, and Ron ended up taking it instead. This nearly led to Ron's death after they had visited Professor Slughorn to get the antidote.
Now Harry and Ron wanted revenge.
