Hang Your Hat

Walter stood in the outside kitchen making coffee. Sure he could have used, and often did, the coffee maker inside. Friday had commented on him having state of the products but choosing to be a primative this morning when he pulled the old pot out as she made her morning report. But when it came to the things he enjoyed the process was part of it. Besides... it just tasted better this way even if it took longer. Cowboy coffee was worth the wait. Friday would understand if she had taste receptors.

The coffee was almost ready and he was just getting ready to finish it up when the light in the kitchen came on. Lifts-Her-Tail opened the back door. "Good morning, Master. I didn't expect you'd be up so early."

"Good morning. I have trouble sleeping in even on a "day off". Habitual early riser" he said "I've almost finished coffee. Would you like a cup?"

:Thank you I would." She said. Walt poured them both a cup. "Mmmm that's much better than that machine."

Walt grinned. "I'm glad to hear you say that! Finally some one gets it other than myself."

She smiled. "The machine is faster and so much more convenient but it doesn't have the same flavor. Just like the oven. I think the breads taste better in the brick oven, then the inside ones." She laughs. "Though the other is much easier to use. No fires to build and tend for one."

Walt chuckles. "That's one of the benefits. And believe me when winter comes here and it gets freezing cold outside you'll be glad for it too!" They laugh.

She hesitates for a moment. "A few of us noticed you and the ladies in the spring. We didn't include Sienna or Blake though so you know. That's why I thought you might be up later." She blushes.

Walt is too and he nods. "Thank you all for that. I was in a bit of a predicament there when I woke up but it worked out for everyone. Penny and I took our time coming back but it didn't go too far with the others. It's important to me that you all get treated with respect if I can. I may own you and you're all my "property" but to me you're all person's, not things. And if I am your owner it's important to be responsible for you all. See to your needs and cares. All of us, including myself, are new to this. But if we all keep that in mind going forward and treat each other with dignity and respect, I think it'll all work out."

She smiled nodding. "You're a wise and gentle man, Master."

He blushes slightly while they were clearing the air. "Just so you know, I have read your stories. But I'm not like the masters you "served". I won't push you into anything beyond being a maid. I want you to enjoy your time here and hopefully think of this place as "home", fondly."

She is also blushing and looks at him over the rim of her cup, "Thank you, Master. I appreciate that." She says while thinking about his earlier words, imagining him seeing to her "needs".

They saw Kali coming from off in the distance and waved to her and she waved back. There was movement inside as well. Pyrrha came out and they greeted her.

"Hello you two," she said blushing a little looking at Walt.

"Care for a cup of coffee?" He asked.

She nodded. "Not a whole cup though... I'm about to go for a run." She was wearing some kind of ultra light and skin tight exercise clothing. *Wow!*, Walter thought. He cleared his throat hearing her request for just a little passed her his and what was left in it.

She takes the cup Walt offered her. She blushed thinking about last night but smiled. "Thank you." She takes a sip while indicating her clothes. "Some of the clothes had already arrived. I found a basket full outside my door this morning!" She saw Walt looking at her, observing the clothes and how they fit her. Watching him swallow she felt a thrill.

"Fridays, doing most likely. She probably used one of the robots, or droids. You look great, Pyrrha! It really suits your figure-er, I meant that color and cut suit you nicely," he said while thinking to himself. *Nice. Very smooth. Watch your word's dummy.*

(("Smooth, Boss. I did and more are on the way. I ultra prioritized the shipping of the things the ladies i thought the ladies needed most."))

Pyrrha blushed brightly but happily and downed the rest of the drink. "Well I better go keep my heart rate up- I meant get! Get my heart racing-" Pyrrha shut her mouth and handed back the cup. "I'll see you all later! Bye!" She took off jogging, waving as she passed Kali.

Walt could hear Lifts-Her-Tail her tail trying to stifle her laughter and he felt Neo spank his butt as she steps up next to him while he was watching Pyrrha's exquisite body move, giving him a thumbs-up.

Walter sighed and started pouring her a cup and one for the approaching Kali, nodding his head. "You're quite right as usual, Neo dear. Not my finest moment but it'll do." He picked up one of the cups and gently swatted her ass before passing it to her."Good morning to you too, by the way."

Neo surprised him and turned quite pink. Walt thought for a moment he'd gone too far but the smile she gave him said otherwise. She liked it. He chuckled she was a naughty girl. "Just so you know Neo. Penny and I discussed it and she will probably want to talk to you sooner or later because she seems to be onboard with the idea. Actually, I'm starting to think she may have been planning this all along. We'll talk later... good morning Kali!"

Neo nodded acknowledgement and they all waved and wished good morning to Kali, Walt handing her a cup. "Good morning you three! Oh, thank you, Walter." She watched Walter and Neo from over the rim of the cup. They were both blushing a bit and standing even closer than usual. It was nice to see. Ms Nikos seemed happy too when she'd passed her. She guessed however things had worked out in the spring, they'd all become a bit closer. She smiled. "Mmmm... that's good." Indicating the coffee and meaning something else. They both blushed a little more. They had caught her meaning. She and Lifts-Her-Tail chuckled. "Ready to get started cooking?"

Lifts-Her-Tail her nodded. "Yes, lets. Oh, before that, Master did you get our message from Friday?"

Walt nodded. "I did. Make a list of anything you two think we need and I'll see that it's taken care of as well. I appreciate it you two."

They both told him he was welcome and walked inside to start meal preparation. Friday was finishing up working on some items for the girls later. The sun was fully risen now and even though it was a day off he had chores to do. He looked over at Neo. "I got chores to do. Care to tag along and keep me company? See me do some actual work?"

She looked up and grinned, nodding. He did too. "It's a bit odd but It's a date then." He clinked his cup against hers and they both drained them dry, set them down. He offered her his arm and she happily took it and they set off.

Penny woke up again. She had tried to get up with Walt but he'd insisted that she rest. She was amazed at his stamina and the rate it seemed to recover at. Perhaps he was part machine? She giggled.

She looked over at his side of the bed. It smelled like him. She looked ar the sunlight coming in the window creeping across the spot where Walt would lay. He would choose that spot she thought.

Her eyes went to his side table and she noticed there was a picture with an elderly couple and a small boy. She could tell just from looking in his eyes it had to be Walter as a boy, and there was an uncanny resemblance between the oldman and grown Walter. There was an empty picture frame there also. She knew it must have contained his wifes picture once upon a time.

It was time to get up.

"Good morning Friday!" She rose and stretched "How are you and everyone today?"

(("Good morning to you, Penny. I am running at perfectly optimal operations status, thank you. Everyone is fine and well. Walter and Neo are down at the corral.")) Penny walked to the window and sees Neo sitting on the fence railing watching Walter and a horse. Off in the distance Pyrrha was walking their way.

(("Pyrrha is returning from her run. Kali and Lifts-Her-Tail are in the kitchen. It appears breakfast this morning will be omelets. Ahnassi is awake but still a bed reading. I believe she will eise shortly. Sienna, though appears to be trying to sleep in in the bunkhouse and Blake is in the shower at the cabin. There is a basket by the door. Some of the clothes you ordered have arrived. I prioritized delivery of the items I thought you might need as well as the outfits we both agreed looked best on you. I hope this enables you to "wow", Walter."))

Penny grins and checks. There is a large basket and several boxes of items containing quite a few of the things she ordered. "Thank you, Friday! That was very helpful!"

(("It was my pleasure, Penny."))

Penny decides on the outfit she'll wear and puts the rest away and goes to the shower. "What is Masters agenda for today?"

(("It's another "day off" unless something comes up. Tomorrow he has "work" but he also intends to bring those of you that want training along to meet with instructors. As for today's "agenda" I believe he wants to give you and Neo your own personal optical access devices, or "glasses", and personal aural communication connectors, or "earrings", for the rest of the ladies that want them. I believe he also intends to show several of the means of transportation available to those of you that wish it and perhaps some more of the facilities here. There was discussion of making a "supply run" for filling certain foodstuffs and commodities but nothing has been added to his schedule as of yet."))

"Thank you Friday." Penny nodded finishing showering and cleaning up. Atepping out ahe looked at the outfit she chose.

"It is time to begin operations!"

After dressing she runs into Ahnassi also heading down stairs. "Salutations Ahnassi!"

Ahnassi smiles and recognize the outfit Penny is wearing from yesterday. She was also pleased to find some of her things had arrived and was wearing something called a kimono. Ahnassi liked robes. "Ahnassi, wishes Penny a good day." She looked her up and down. "Ahnassi, sees! Penny has prepared herself to hunt down her prey again today, yes? Ahnassi, thinks you choose very well to capture his heart."

"Thank you, Ahnassi and you are correct. I do seek to capture his heart." Penny says looking at Ahnassi and thinking. "I also think you look lovely as well! You and Walter were "very, special friends" before. Do you wish to still be "very, special friends"? Perhaps we could be "very, special friends" as well."

Ahnassi reaches out and strokes Penny's face smiling then takes her hand as they head down the stairs. "Murrrrr ... Ahnassi, would not mind that if Penny does not. But Ahnassi, also think she and very, special friend Walter spent many nights together. Ahnassi, not hungry kitten so she does not mind waiting. Ahnassi, wants new friends, hungry kittens, to eat and drink their fill first. Later share meal of prey when hunt heart together, yes?"

Penny blushes slightly but she smiles and nods then hugs Ahnassi. "I think I understand, Ahnassi. When I have had my fill of Walter's love, and after others have too, we will pursue him as very, special friends together. I would like that very much."

Ahnassi smiles and stroked Penny's hair hugging her back. "Ahnassi, would too, sweet one." She gently pushes Penny away and towards the door. "Now go, friend Penny! Hunt his heart and capture it over and over again, sweet kitten!"

Penny nods, putting her new hat on her head and exits. Ahnassi stands there watching the door. Kali and Lifts-Her-Tail approach. Kali put an arm around her shoulders patting gently while Lifts-Her-Tail offers her some tissues.

"That was very, kind and generous of you, Ahnassi." Says Lifts-Her-Tail.

Ahnassi takes the tissue and starts drying her eyes. "Ahnassi, not sad. Friend Penny, is sweet like sugar. Much too sweet. Ahnassi means what she says. Let kittens eat first."

Kali hugs her shoulders. "True. I think those three will be good and share with each other. It is a bit hard when you're lonely to watch though."

"It is," agrees Lifts-Her-Tail,"but this morning Master told this one he would see too all our "needs and cares". When the young ones are done, we three can have a turn."

Ahnassi nods,"Agreed. Ahnassi, knows very, special friend Walter is very, special indeed. See to all needs and cares. Likes sharing gifts and cares and filling needs. Very, special!"

Kali pushes away. "No! Not three! Just you two! I'm lonely but... I'm not... he's... I'm married!"

Ahnassi and Lifts-Her-Tail look at each other then back at Kali blinking. "Ahnassi, not blind. Ahnassi, sees. Ahnassi, hears. All over him yowling like cat in heat, yes?"

Lifts-Her-Tail puts her hand over her mouth. "Kali, have you not noticed how much you flirt with and touch him or how much he enjoys it, which makes you flirt harder? Or are you the type who's just flirty and casually touches men like that normally?"

Kali's ears perked forward. "He enjoys it?" She stops and shakes her head, flattening her ears."No, I'm not flirting! Or touching him! And I'm definitely not "in heat"!!!"

Ahnassi and Lifts-Her-Tail just look at each other and blink again. Then start looking around anywhere but at Kali.

"Ahnassi, remembered she needs to find book from yesterday but not sure where she put it!" She announced suddenly and starts walking away.

Lifts-Her-Tail also hurrys away. "Now that everyone is awake this one should change the linens, collect the laundry, sweep..."

"Wait... I... no...", Kali denies.

Walter is unloading a large stack of hay bales from the back of truck that some folks have come up to deliver. He's working up a bit of a sweat as he nimbly climbs the pile repeatedly and tossing the bales with surprising accuracy and distance. The man and his son keep telling him that they can do it but he enjoys the work. Besides it's faster this way.

He's a bit distracted as Neo skips along the top of the nearby fencing from post to post. She's as lovely as she's graceful, twirling her parasol and herself in an impromptu acrobatic dance. He kows that she knows he's watching from her smile and occasional wink.

He's also trying to answer Pyrrha's questions and not stare. The lovely and statuesque woman in her very, revealing work-out gear now coated in a fine sheen of sweat making her even lovelier and glowing. She has her hands behind her back and stands unconsciously, sexy with her chest out thrust, inviting his gaze.

He picks up another bale as Neo stops watching something and grinning, Pyrrha asks him another question and he goes to steady his balance and toss the bale... and then she comes around the corner.

She's lovely and beautiful. Her smile and the way it lights up her eyes. She's got a white hat, similarly shaped to his grey cowboy hat, perched way back on her head seeming like a halo. Her flowing locks of hair spilling out from underneath and around her sweet face.

She's wearing a western cut shirt of white and green plaid pattern, very similar colors to her normal outfit but brighter. The shirts cut though flatters her figure very closely and just enough top buttons are undone to give him a peak at her deliciously, creamy cleavage.

The jeans she chose are relatively plain but the shape is flattering and extremely form fitting. They're practically skin tight and show off nearly every flattering curve of her long, lovely legs. Ending in a pair beautifully sitched bown leather boots.

The whole look is wholesome and inviting. Innocent and tantalizing, sweet and seductive. She looked like she stepped out of a dream. His dream. His heart stops. Walt forgot to let go of the bale and fell off the truck.

"Walt!"

He didn't feel injured but everyone was racing over. Neo hoped on top of the truck for a better veiw to watch from. Pyrrha was hanging back and also appeared amused. He didn't blame them in the slightest. He was sure he looked a funny, fool. And there she was. Miss Knock-out herself leaning over him now. Showing concern, while confirming the kill. He was shot through the heart.

"Walt are you okay?" She said.

He reached one hand up to stroke that lovely face. "Penny."

The other two men. He could hear the sound of their feet rushing his way shouting "Mr Stark". Neo and Pyrrha assuring them he was fine.

It was taking Walt a few moments to recover as he sat there.

"Friday? Is he alright?"

He had to tell her how lovely she looked. He took her hand and looked into her eyes and said,"Wow!"

"Oh!" She said understanding now. "Wow." As everyone else started laughing. She smiled at Walter as he put his glasses on looking at her.
