Yes, they arrive safely

“By the way,” Starfire spoke up. “What is the surprise you have for me, Friend Poppy?” Poppy started tapping the wheel as she debated revealing the surprise while the others focused their attention on her.

“Hmmm…well it couldn’t hurt to give you a hint,” Poppy said finally as she got to a redlight. “Let’s just say that we found someone who used to be very close to you to bring to the wedding.” Starfire gasped and gained stars in her eyes.

“Mariner is going to be at the wedding!” She cheered with excitement and hope in her voice. Poppy looked back at her confused and twisted her face.

“Whose Mariner?” Poppy asked, unsure of who Mariner was exactly. Suddenly Poppy recalled, “oh you mean that girl that James told me about whenever he would come back from that Star Trek world?” Poppy was able to not get ejected from all the local schools so she never needed to get an education from a character world unlike James and Jamie.

“I am guessing you were not talking about Mariner,” Starfire pouted disappointedly.

“No…” Poppy said a bit upset at Starfire’s reaction. “I found the Blackfire from your instance.”

“You found my sister!” Starfire cheered as she wrapped her arms around Poppy causing her to serve and nearly crash into traffic. Nuelssa threw up a barrier that protected the car and others from harm as Poppy regained control.

“Careful! I’m driving!” Poppy pried herself from Starfire’s grasp as she turned into the parking lot of the local community center.

“I’m sorry, I am just so glad to see my sister again,” Starfire said as she gained a catlike smile, “James will definitely be happy to see her with me.”

“Didn’t she betray you and is a villain?” asked Jirou as she was scarlet and squashed under Starfire’s boobs.

“My Blackfire had never harmed me; I was delivered to James before her turn,” Starfire explained as she got back in her seat. “Oooo, I just know this will be the most wonderful reunion.” She addressed Poppy. “Are we going to get her now?”

“Nope, we are first dropping off Aelita,” Poppy said as she parked. “By the way we are here.” The passengers looked at the well maintained community center which had signs showing where the Character Mother Classes/Club (trademark pending) was located.

“We need to sign Starfire up as well,” Aelita said as Nuelssa and Jirou got out and helped Aelita get out of the van. Everyone got out to check out the place. The community center section where the class/club was situated had a large fenced off area where various children’s toys and activities were set up. There was also a large inside area where there were rows of tables, marker boards, cupboards, and teaching tools, there was also space for people to sit on the floor and move around. There was a late teens/young adult DeeDee from Dexter’s Laboratory seated at a table in front with signs indicating the lessons, pricing, and scheduling.

There were several dozen characters hanging around and making their way into the room where the Mommy classes were being held. Some were the prospective future or current mother’s assistant(s) and others were just their escort. There was an Azula who was heavily pregnant and dragging along a toddler and had a baby in her arms; a Jin was trying to get her to slow down and let her carry the kids but Azula would just glare.

To Jirou’s embarrassment there was a heavily pregnant Momo Yaoyorozu being attended to by a pair of Jirous wearing metal **** girl outfits. A Kitty Pryde was laughing along with a Ruby Rose at some joke or another. There was a MJ Watson glaring at a Gwen Stacy as the two of them were arm in arm with a scrawny Prime Worlder who just looked tired. There was Cheetra of Thundercats 2011 laying in the sun who looked to be growing a large litter for her mate.

Aelita waved at several of her friends in the class/club, who would smile or wave back. “Hey Aelita!” Exclaimed DeeDee as she appeared in front of the group, causing Nuelssa to reach for her gun. Nuelssa cautiously relaxed as Aelita embraced DeeDee joyfully.

“Hello DeeDee, how are you?” Aelita chuckled a bit before she let her go. The blonde girl spun away as she looked at the large group.

“Oooo, who are they, huh?” DeeDee said as she looked at the whole group. DeeDee rapidly went through group poking and prodding at them.

“Hello!” She shouted into Jirou’s earphone jacks causing the girl to startle and grab her ears in pain.

“What does this button do?” she giggles as she pokes Yoko’s belly button.

“So fluffy,” she says, stroking Shampoo’s tail.

“Sooo scary…” DeeDee says she backed away from Nuellssa.

“Anyone in there?” DeeDee coos as she knocks on Starfire’s stomach.

“Yup, I think you all will be great additions to the class and club!” DeeDee cheers, posed in a knee bent and her arms in the air.

“Actually I am just signing Starfire up, the others are just dropping me off and helping,” Aelita explained with the others nodding. DeeDee drooped a bit but returned to her normal self.

“Ah well! Happy to have you here Starfire!” DeeDee said as she dragged Starfire over to her table. “You know you are the tenth Starfire to sign up since I started? You sure are popular.”

“I guess I am,” Starfire said a bit bashfully. The group gathered around the table as DeeDee pulled out a tablet and a little scanner.

“Barcode, ID, or chip, permission slip, and proof of payment, please,” DeeDee said as she pointed the scanner at Starfire. Aelita gave the permission slip James had signed previously and her electronic payment. Starfire turned around so that DeeDee could scan where her chip was located in her back.

Nuelssa jumped as confetti exploded from everywhere and nowhere and horns sounds from the tablet. As the confetti settled down, Starfire had on a crown in the shape of ‘200!’ and DeeDee had sparklers.

“Congrations you are the 200th character to sign up!” DeeDee said, ignoring the biotic blast Nuelssa had ready.

“Oh! How lucky!” Starfire said as she took off the crown and examined it.

“Yup, you get the crown, two months of free admittance, and this teddy bear,” DeeDee said as she held out a small teddy bear which had ‘I’m the bestest momma!’ on its belly.

“It’s adorable,” Starfire said as she hugged it to her face. Starfire continued to play with the bear for a while while Aelita talked to DeeDee.

“There have been some threats so Nuella will be here with me,” Aelita explained.

“That’s alright, she’s allowed as long as she doesn’t hurt anyone,” DeeDee smiled while nodding her head eagerly. “She can join us for naked unicycle knife catching!” Jirou just stared at the ballerina while the others just shook their heads.

“You know we can’t do that naked anymore,” Aelita reminded her.

“The naked part is the issue?” Jirou cried in disbelief. DeeDee just smiled jokingly.

“Inside joke,” Aelita said reassuringly.

“I’m sure Starfire is going to love to learn how to catch dangerous and/or falling items, getting paint out of hair and clothes, and how to deal with kids with supernatural abilities,” DeeDee said as she pulled out a kitchen knife, a can of New Hetap the energy drink, and toy spiky ball to demonstrate dangerous item.

“Actually, she’s not staying today, she is going to get stuff up for the wedding,” Aelita showed her engagement ring and pulled Starfire’s hand to reveal her own ring.

“Oh wow, he’s finally doing it!” DeeDee said as she got so close to the rings that they reflected in her eyes.

“Well, as soon as he’s able,” Aelita admitted. “I’ll *sigh* tell you during group.”

“Oh okay…” DeeDee looked concerned at Aelita’s flip in attitude. “Well to those staying, come inside, we’re going to start in ten minutes. And to everyone else, see you soon!” Yoko and Poppy stopped looking around at the place and started heading back to the car with Starfire and Jirou while Nuelssa stayed with Aelita. Shampoo looked between the two groups before deciding…
