You are an Irishman who joined the PPDC (Pan Pacific Defence Corps) aged 18 with your brother in a MK 5 Jaeger. The year was 2025, and the Jaeger programme was coming to a close, and yours was made with an extendable hood over the cockpit, so that it couldn't just be ripped off. This story starts 4 months before all Jaegers are called to Honk Kong.
