What's next?

Nancy was so distracted by looking constantly around her that as she crossed all road she forget to look in the only place she was supposed to.

Her head spun around and she staggered to a stop as a car slammed on the brakes and honked loudly.

Nancy had been a whisker away from being run over, but when the driver leaned out the window, Nancy wished that the car had kept going.

"Nancy?"

"Steve!"

Her face glowing, Nancy ducked down behind the bonnet, arms slammed across her torso.

"What are you-?"

"Don't come any closer!" Nancy squealed as Steve exited the vehicle, edging around the side to ensure the metal hood remained between herself and her ex-boyfriend.

"So...is...err...naturism something you've always done?"

Steve was politely looking away, sounding as awkward as Nancy felt. Well, probably not as awkward; he wasn't the one crouching stark naked behind a car in broad daylight!

Nancy opened her mouth to explain herself, but paused.

What if this was another test by Robin? She knew the two of them worked together now; it wouldn't surprise her if they were in cahoots! Robin had only agreed to help Nancy when she pretended to be a nudist. Would she have to lie again to get Steve to help her?

Nancy bit her lip as her stomach rumbled once more. Was it worth chancing her (bare) arm and confessing the truth? At least that way, Steve might give her something to wear.

"Nance?"

The naked girl wrestled with her conundrum. So many uncertainties, but there was one thing Nancy did know: if she didn't get out of there soon, someone else would come along and see her.
