What Folder/Contract?

Gadget HackWrench

The system popped up a short contact with a few dozen photos and another document. The contact was simple enough but were one to read it they’d note how it was a case of mistaken input.

“Hello,

I am professor Karen ‘Gadget’ Hackwrench. This application is made to earn a partner to further the process of engineering and scientific pursuits. I have been looking for someone to bond over similar interests, to pick at the mind of a fellow engineer. The offer seemed sound enough so why not give this a shot. To wit...,

  • My partner must be an engineer or in the mechanical field. I would prefer that but any scientific field would work though biological fields miiiight be at the bottom.
  • They must be open minded and understanding of more… unconventional ideas practices and theories.
  • They must be willing to get messy. I have no time for those that practice theories without trying them out(within reason of course)
  • Oh and they must like animals. I’ll not be partnered with someone that is cruel or uncaring to animals both professionally and off the clock.

I believe that about covers it. I look forward to my match.

Professor Karen ‘Gadget’ Hackwrench Phd Engineering and Aviation"

The file had extra info attached showing off credentials and a picture of a late middle age blonde woman. She had a small nose, glasses, and wore a work suit. A simple contract but when looking at the additional info provided, a different picture started to emerge.

The other non portfolio shots were of a small mouse but walking upright and usually wearing a purple jumpsuit. She had the same sandy blonde color and hairstyle of the human woman in the folder. Several other shots showed this mouse working with complex machines for her size, random gadgets, and even posing in front of a PHD certificate. The attached document filled it in even more of the gaps, with a short video clip.

In it the the mouse, along with another larger mouse and two chipmunks, were shown to be typing away at a large keyboard. When the document was finalized, it was going to be emailed to a University from what the rodents were saying. But then disaster; a cat came in trying to attack the group. In a very cartoonish fight, the cat ended up tied up with the computer cords and the rodents escaped. But Gadget wasn't sure if her email was sent or who it was sent to.

The final document was an official dispatch from Cupid's Wish itself.

"Cupid's Wish is not liable for the mistaken Identity, false positives, wrongly sent applications, or other such manners. A contract is a contract and is thus binding, regardless of how it came into the system. As such, upper management agrees this contract is valid".

The system thought it could match the two together but just how would it do so. After all, human to mouse relations was not something that happened often. It searched its database to figure out a solution while it did the match.

Does it accept the contract? And how does it deal with the Compatability issue?
