Before we go further, there is something you should know about Miles.

Who is he?

Intelligent

Miles is the smartest kid in the room, and most of the time, everyone knows it. While his classmates are cramming the night before, Miles already has it handled. He excels across every subject without breaking much of a sweat, and his college application reads like a guidance counselor's dream. A top university is well within reach, and whatever career he sets his sights on, he will have a serious head start getting there.

The tradeoff? Miles has never quite figured out how to talk to girls. Not really. He can hold a conversation, sure, but that easy, natural confidence that some guys seem born with has always been just out of reach for him. He notices it. They notice it too.

Miles is the kind of guy that everyone knows and most people genuinely like. He moves through school effortlessly, welcomed in every circle, remembered by everyone he meets. He is decent at most things but not exceptional at any one of them, and his grades reflect that. The top colleges may not come calling, but Miles has something that grades can't measure: people gravitate toward him naturally, and that kind of pull tends to open doors throughout life.

It helps with the ladies too. More than a little.

School has never been Miles's strong suit, and he will be the first to admit it. He has his crew, but he is not exactly running the social scene either. On paper, things look ordinary at best.

But then there are girls.

Miles has a gift. Something in the way he talks, the way he listens, the way he makes a girl feel like she is the only person in the room. Even the ones who swear they have their guard up find themselves smiling before they realize what happened. Keeping them around long term has never been his strong suit, but finding the next one has never been a problem either.

Authors Note: Throughout the story when you will get a choice between two girls your character choices will restrict which girl you will have a chance with.
