Paul was only a "Quirkless" Normie until few weeks before the entrance Exam for UA came. He was walking to Arcade when he ran into his childhood bully Bakugou (Female) she made fun of him cause he was "Quirkless". So when they left he said "I wish it was Normal for her to not beat me up and treat me as an equal." After getting up he saw her come back turn her head gave him a some bandages and she said "Sorry We beat you up it wasn't Normal of me to do that." He was shock but took it thank her and went home. When he got home he try figure out what happened. Through the next 3days he study and figure it out. Once he is Glowing (Blue but you can change it) everything he does will be deemed Normal but if the glow is off it won't. Then when ever he says Normal in a sentence like [It's Normal for UA to accept me and put me in their best class] it works cause yesterday 8days before the entrance Exam he got accepted. He figured his Quirk was "Normal" as he named it.
