Outside the Butcher's

Josh crossed the road and stood in front of the frozen Butchers and Policeman; he took off the Policeman's tunic and helmet and swapped them for Mrs. Flit's apron and Mr. Flit's straw boater. He then dropped the Constable's uniform trousers to his ankles and finished off by handcuffing the man to a nearby lamppost.

He then placed the Policeman's helmet on Mrs. Flit's head, laughing at how ridiculous it looked, perched on her fat head, before unbuttoning her shirt and pulling down her trousers.

Finally, he slipped the tunic onto Mr. Flit before dropping the man's trousers to his ankles and replacing the straw boater with one of the Flit's special carrier bags.
