Omake: Wedding Crashers

“By the way,” Starfire spoke up. “What is the surprise you have for me, Friend Poppy?” Poppy started tapping the wheel as she debated revealing the surprise while the others focused their attention on her.

“Hmmm…well it couldn’t hurt to give you a hint,” Poppy said finally as she got to a redlight. “Let’s just say that we found someone who used to be very close to you to bring to the wedding.” Starfire gasped and gained stars in her eyes.

“Mustard is going to be at the wedding!” She cheered. Poppy looked back at her confused and twisted her face.

“What?” She asks before shaking her head. “Yeah there is going to be some mustard at the wedding probably, I mean I don’t know what they are serving yet but…”

“She named a velociraptor Mustard during her childhood trip with your siblings to Jurassic World,” explained Aelita with Yoko nodding her head, recalling that adventure.

“Oh…” Poppy looked back at the road with an awkward face.

“Why did you bring an actual velociraptor to the wedding!” Shouted James while hiding behind an overturned table with Poppy as the guests and harems scattered. The velociraptor hissing and knocked over tables as it went after some of the slower guests.

“I got Starfire’s hopes up,” Poppy explained as she blew a strand of hair out of her face. Her arm was wrapped by gaze and her face had several scratches. “I needed to get Mustard after that.”

“That’s Mustard?!” Shouted James in disbelief as he looked at the pale and orange patterned velociraptor.

“I thought so!” Poppy shouted over the screams of panicked people and characters. “Mustard” found the buffet and was digging into the ribeyes and Hetap cans. “I only had a few hours to grab her.”

“I don’t think that’s Mustard,” James said as he saw Starfire getting rejected by the velociraptor.

“What was your first clue?” Jamie said as he wrapped the slashes he gained from blocking the raptor from attacking his Rapunzel. Suddenly another large box from the gift pile started hissing and shaking.

“I might’ve grabbed a few more,” Poppy said as a claw poked out of the box.

“I think you owe me another wedding,” James said as the siblings jumped over the table and ran.
