Sprite decided she could handle the pain. She had an arm ripped off by a Deviant before and had to have Ajak regenerate it with her healing powers. This was nothing.

Meanwhile, back at the club. Sersi continued to dance. Her hips swayed back and forth to the music, as her big breasts jiggled and bounced. People continued to film.

Sersi missed Dane. She decided she should take a photo for her Instagram, knowing Dane would probably see it. Suddenly she remembered she had left her cellphone back at the apartment. That was no matter. She transmuted some air molecules in front of her into a cellphone. Making a kissy face, winking, and flashing the peace sign, she took a selfie and posted it online for the world to see.

Unfortunately, the illusion did not appear in the photograph.

"EEEEEEEK!" Sersi shrieked, and scrambled to press the delete button on the post. In her haste, the phone slipped from her hands and shattered on the marble floor. She could make another one with her powers, but she had suddenly become conscious of the reason everyone was staring at her. Bolting out of there, she began she realized what Sprite had done. Sprite had pulled pranks before, but never on this scale. She couldn't believe Sprite would humiliate her like this.
