Mystery Box, Philosopher's Stone, Golden Ticket, & Maid Leash

Hawk waited anxiously anticipating I would pick another six again. "Alright, don't worry Hawk I only picked four this time, and my first pick is the Philosopher's Stone," I tell Hawk.

“Made only using the souls of serial killers, guaranteed. While the perk of ‘Immortality’ might make you live forever it doesn’t make you invincible. This, however, does. Any ****, any trauma, and any time you’ve completely torn apart your body will just put you back together. It makes you effectively invincible. It doesn’t make you immortal, though; you’ll still age normally. So you need both for the ‘You’ll Stay Here Forever Effect’, which you do.” She begins her explanation. “It's not so bad, really. I'm a few hundred thousand years old now, and it really hasn't gotten boring yet. But at any time, you can just turn it off and kill yourself. So it's up to you how long you live."

'That's like a strange feature.' I thought to myself.

"It does have a safety setting though. When you activate the 'turn off' feature, you have to wait a whole month, and then it'll ask 'Are you sure?'. It's just to make sure you don't get drunk and sad and try to kill yourself." She spoke as if it was from experience then. "Always remember, that nothing lasts forever. Not the good times, and not the bad times either."

After a pregnant pause, I announce my next choice. "I next choose the Mystery Box."

Hawk's face instantly turned from the melancholy of before into a childish glee. "So mysterious! What could be inside?!?!?! You would like to take a gamble? I'm pretty sure you'll find the contents... interesting..."

"My penultimate pick is the Golden Ticket."

"Now this one is interesting, and it's a personal invention! This piece of paper right here can morph into any ticket, identification, or badge in existence! I mainly use it to get into every concert for free. And I do mean every concert. If you need to tear a piece off as part of the act, it'll quickly grow back. It can replicate plastic and metal as well. No means of detection can figure out that it's a forgery. If completely lost, it'll appear in your pocket after a single day. It can also morph into a Swiss army knife, a flip phone with infinite battery and unlimited minutes, a chocolate chip cookie that you can eat in a pinch, a stapler, and an origami crane that can fly and shoot lasers." Hawk explained the benefits of the Golden Ticket.

I shook my head and voiced my final selection. "The fourth and final selection is the Maid Leash."

"Don't worry, it's not slavery. It's an artificial life form, so ethical laws don't apply! This gives you a special leash that lets you summon an immortal maid. The leash is her phylactery, so be cautious, hang on to it, and take good care of it." Hawk began. "But yeah, it's a maid. What do you expect? Black Butler?"

She then continued without missing a beat. "Yeah, she's like that. She's just that good. You blink and your housework is done, your meals are prepared, and your taxes are filed. She'll do anything, too; rub your feet, suck your dick, eat your ass. Anything you want. She doesn't have a lot to say, though. She's not being mysterious or anything; she's just a rather boring person. Her creator didn't program much of a personality for her. So maybe you can help her grow as a person or whatever Disney movie garbage you want to project."

She then turned a page and her eyes lit up again. "Oh boy, it's time for the drawbacks! You didn't think I was giving you all of this for free, did you? No, you've got to pay something; I'm just going to let you pick what. Take three drawbacks. Since the drawbacks associated with your face and accent don't count, for this section you'll have five drawbacks in total before you can start taking extras for more powers, items, or companions. The drawbacks that are labeled with their associated face or accent aren't restricted to just that face or accent, that's merely to help you see which goes with which. You can still take them for credit if you picked a different face or accent." She explains to me. "You must take a total of 10 drawbacks, not including the drawbacks associated with your choices from before, so you better choose wisely..."

At that, I looked at all my options and considered them carefully.
