"I see," Midna smiled in her Twili form. "You're also "Not Zelda"... Very interesting." She smiled at Hilda. "It seems our "Hero" has a type!"

Hilda caught on and laughed, "I don't know if " Type" is how best to characterize it... but he certainly seems to have preferences!"

They both laugh... And Dave tried to pretend they weren't both talking about him like he wasn't there... Which he definitely was being between them with both holding onto one of his arms. It felt like he was half giving the tour, half being subtly competed over. *Well at least they're sort of getting along with one another, I suppose,* he thought to himself. *I should be grateful for that much! Still... It's definitely a oddly tense atmosphere...* He cleared his throat. "*Ahem* And this is the kitchen over here. As you can see it's connected to the dining room and-"

"Secondly," Hilda said glancing at Midna.

Midna smiled at Hilda but her eyes narrowed.

Dave coughed. "*Koff* Excuse me. As well as connected to the great hall and living room. Ah, and here's Melfina who who you already meet."

Melfina looked up smiling and waved. "Hello again, Midna. Hi, Hilda. Thank you for helping show her around and helping her. I hope you settle in and enjoy it here as much as we're happy to have you here! We've all been looking forward to your arrival."

Midna smiled at the friendly young woman. She could tell she was a sweetly, honest soul. *So he likes her type also... Understandable. Seems like everyone does, including...*

Hilda smiled at her friend and nodded. "As you say, Melfina."

Midna sensed something in the dynamic of these two. Hilda was a bit differential towards, Melfina. *Interesting,* she thought to herself. She smiled. "Thank you, Melfina. You are very kind. I've also been looking forward to meeting all of you as well!" She smiled at Hilda with a slightly mischievous look. "And "secondly" Hilda has been a great help."

Dave felt Hilda stiffen as she gripped his arm. She smiled back at Midna and said, "Thank you." But Dave felt the sparks from these two as Midna also tightened her grasp on his other arm. There was no doubt about it. These two were in at least mild competition with each other. *Well... I'd honestly expected something like this from my beloved "troublesome" Princesses,* he thought. *A wise man might try to unruffle feathers, while an unwise man would get between them or fan the flames.* He smiled. *But I'm already literally in between them so I wonder if I just dump more fuel on said fire instead?*

"Melfina is our wonderful cook!" Dave leaned in and kissed Melfina.

That coupled with his praise made her sweetly blush but she kissed him back before protesting. "You give me too much credit! I'm still learning so I only feel like an assistant cook." She cutely clenched her hands determinedly though and nodded. "Though I do rather enjoy it and I hope to keep improving!"

David felt the other two look away and he pounced quickly kissing both Hilda and then Midna on the cheek. "I'm the luckiest man in the world to have such wonderful ladies in my life!"

Hilda was obviously delighted and hugged his arm briefly but then let go. "May I assist you, Melfina?" She smiled at Dave and Midna. "If you'll excuse me?"

"Oh, thank you, Hilda!" Melfina said. "Do you think you could cut these vegetables for me?"

Dave smiled and nodded and was pleased to see Midna do the same. "Of course. Thank you, Hilda."

Midna smiled. "Yes, thank you, Hilda! I look forward to talking more with you later."

Hilda smiled. *Maybe this "Twilight Princess" isn't so bad after all! And isn't one of the others also a "Twilight Princess"? That will be interesting as well when she arrives! Three different Princesses in one castle... I should...* "Ah, before you go, Midna. May I show her?"

Dave blinked then grinned as Melfina smiled and clapped. "Sure! Please do!"

Midna tilted her head. "Something you want to show me? I wonder what it is?"

Hilda opened up the cup cabinet. "Apparently it's just a small gift tradition Dave, Tink and Harley started but they included the rest of us in it as well. Everyone has their own mug the others picked out as gifts for them."

Melfina smiles showing her as well. "This one is Dave's, Tinks got the black one with fairy wings, Harley's is the black and red one with diamonds, Hilda's is this lovely purple triforce one-"

"Melfina's is this one with the beautiful golden ring like her anklet," Hilda continued an long at her dear friend with the big heart and following her lead. "The one with the cute kitten is Dorothy's and we have ones coming for Daphne and Lady Fingers and this one," she said taking a cup down to present it to Midna. "This one is for you!"

Midna picked up the cup. It was a lovely dark color with "Twilight Princess" emblazoned on it in the same color as her hair. The handle had been shaped and colored differently to resemble her Fused Shadows Helmet. "I... Thank you," she smiled softly and genuinely touched. "This was very thoughtful. I can't wait to use it with all of you! I shall have to thank the others as well!"

Dave, Melfina and Hilda all smiled at each other nodding before turning to her. "You're very welcome! Welcome home, Midna!"

Midna actually wiped away a tear... Then spun in place taking her new inbetween form laughing and holding it up happily before handing it back smiling broadly. "Thank you! It's good to be home!" She'd already decided before to "try" to get along... But now she was committed to giving it her best effort. *I want this to work! With these ladies!*

Dave smiled. *That went well! I trusted it would. I meant it when I said they were wonderful.*

"What would you like to see or do next, Midna?"

Midna grinned taking his arm. Her red eye's sparkled merrily. "Hmmm? You're letting me chose? I chose..."
