Follow Up Appointment: Lori Allen

Ms. Allen appears to be in higher spirits about the outcome of her marriage. However she was critical of the medication stating it was causing her to gain weight. She did look more feminine then she did two weeks ago, dressed like the pastor's wife that she is. Today she was in a tight pair of grey leggings that hugged her wider plumper ass and I could hear the fabric strain as she walked with her thick thighs. She stated the medication was causing her to be overly aroused, her hard nipples again evident of this as she claimed her chest had expanded so much she could no longer wear any of her bras. I am always glad that I keep the temperature low in my therapy room, but even without it I could tell she was feeling needy.

We discussed her failed attempt at a picnic with her husband and her worries about the fiery redhead with the jiggly tits, and her dream about them performing adultery in the office of the church no less. I could tell she was hiding more about the dream, the way she recrossed her legs and struggled a bit in her seat.

I asked her about her neighbor and she continued to seem distraught about it. While these sessions were originally about her husband and keeping her marriage afloat, Lori seemed different today. She appears to have almost accepted that her marriage is a sham, and that she wants, craves to be with her attractive neighbor. However then the true topic came up.

Simone is in a marriage too.

As much as Lori seems ready to start a new page of her life and explore these homosexual feelings, she feels guilt about Simone's wife. Though their appears to be mutual attraction between herself and Simone, Lori seems to be having difficulty with the idea of breaking up a marriage that isn't her own. I encouraged her to open up to Simone, explain her feelings, and put things into the open between them. However she fears that would cause issues in their friendship. She worries that if she is "too open" that she may admit to watching Simone undress, to lusting after her so bad she has begun having daily dreams about the two of them together.

She began to fidget again and I brought up the medication, which she stated she didn't see a benefit to. I told her that the meds did have hormones to help with sexual attraction, and that without a daily regiment of them her body would act out of sorts until the meds regulated everything. I also encouraged additional therapy, specifically hypnotherapy is she is truly concerned about finding the confidence to reveal her feelings to Simone. She seemed inclined to this idea so we began the hypnotherapy right then and there.
