Let him escape

After a short consideration, you turn the power back to all systems and let Grievous escape.

Lana: Fine, but we should have at least tried to catch him!

Anakin: We will catch him in time, but going against an enemy like him in this manner would lead you nowhere! Your Jedi knight carrier will end quickly if you act so recklessly!

You get back to the other ship to escort the boarders, so they too could leave the ship before it explodes to pieces as well. You return to the Jedi temple and give your reports to the council.
