You leave immediately, moving further into the less maintained part of the tunnel, further into the depths of the strange cave you woke up in. Really, this might actually be a worse idea than waiting patiently in the housed part of the cave in the long run, but well, you've already died once, right? At this point anything more is borrowed time.
