Learning about the Change

Ivy woke up, slowly. She could feel her connection to the Green... and others. The largest being the Red, the collective field of the animal world. Ideas and knowledge seemed to crash into her mind as she realized ways her previous powers and new powers could gain her what she wanted.

"I guess I'm truly mother nature now. I can see my powers increase much more then I had before. I am going to have to study and test my new abilities and powers..."

Two months later...

Ivy looked at her lair, which she had set up underneath the streets of Gotham to better hide from the world above as she tested her power. An abandoned Subway station, large and connected to a forgotten line which still held connections to the main line. The ground had been modified with dirt to allow for her plants and animals to live in the area, water coming in from water and sewer pipes. The sewage being cleansed and filter by newly developed plants. Sun lamps powered by stolen electricity from the city's wires gave the plants the food they needed.

She had set up a small studio of her own, which allowed her to have either a more human or more plant friendly illumination. A kitchen, living area, bathroom, bedroom, and her own lap.

'All thanks to both some helpful 'temporary' minions and my own power. I have learned not only more from power over plants but my other powers. Like mimicking the power of plants, animals and other living things. As well as the ability to control them, and knowledge how to mix and merge them into new unified forms.

Then their is the elemental powers over earth, fire, air and water. A weaker, perhaps less trained connection to plants, fungus, and microscopic life. Truly I have become the ultimate Mother Nature!' thought the redheaded femme fatale, as she had her base of operations set up.
