Kevin's Workplace

“I just need to quickly unlock your user account, then I'll come back and show you a few tricks.”

“Oh, can't I come with you? I think it would be really exciting to see up close what kind of gadget an IT guy is equipped with.”As she spoke, her hand slid down his upper arm, across his chest, over his stomach, and came to rest just above his belt. Kevin swallowed hard and looked around anxiously to see if anyone had noticed what was happening. In fact, some of their colleagues sitting nearby were already looking over at him. It hadn't gone unnoticed that Emily had opened her blouse.

Some of the men looked downright jealous of him. It was an unfamiliar feeling for the IT guy, one that boosted his self-confidence.

“Yes, I can show you.”

Together they walked down the hall and got into the elevator. As they rode up, Emily stood so close to him that he could feel her body heat. But she didn't get in touch yet.

When they arrived at his office, Kevin lifted his ID card from his lanyard to the card reader. With a beep and a soft click, the door opened.

“Oh! Is this some kind of restricted area?” Emily asked.

“Uh, yes, actually, only IT employees are allowed in here. But I'll make an exception for you.” He grinned crookedly.

“Wow. Really exciting.”

She put her hand on his shoulder and they entered together. A desk with several monitors dominated the small room. There was also a work table against the wall with a disassembled PC and various electronic components on it.

“So this is your kingdom,” she said appreciatively. She closed the door behind her. The lock clicked audibly. Now they were undisturbed.
