Jaune’s cool watch

Yang was going to do something she thought she would never do in a hundred years.

Willingly study.

She had walked into the library to prepare for an upcoming test, although she gave up on that endeavour when she saw Jaune and was intrigued by what he was holding.

It looked to be and old pocket watch he was examining it very closely.

“Hey vomit boy what ya got there?” She teasingly asked.

“Oh hey yang just this pocket watch I accidentally packed” he gave her a closer look it was a gold watch with glowing light blue accents

“‘Accidentally’?”

“Yeah I was checking the stuff I sent to beacon ahead of leaving for here and I found this old looking box” he placed a box on the table.

“I called up my mom and she said that is was a family heirloom that my many greats grandfather had”

“Woah cool” Yang said more interested in this than what ever it was she came here for.

“But that’s not the interesting bit, the box had a note, take a look” he handed her a note and she started reading.

“If you are reading this than you must be a descendant of mine and if you aren’t then my family line is dead, regardless you must take up the sacred quest bestowed upon me by the ancient wizard: Ozma.

In this box there is a watch, this is no ordinary watch for it is the relic of control, it wields a terrifying power for whomever is in possession of the watch can control anyone they wish with a scant few exceptions, those being the witch of Grimm and Ozma himself.

For years now I have used the relic to try and advance remnant towards peace and I will confess that I fell into the relics temptations for a substantial time of my life but in recent years I have begun to correct my sins.

I write this note in the final stages of my life so that future generations can understand what the have in there possess.

“Wow sounds like your grandpa could’ve made a great fantasy author” Yang said sarcastically.

“Yeah I was thinking the same thing but what if it’s true?” Jaune retorted.

“Oh get real vomit boy, there’s no way that thing can control anyone, I mean look at this note the guy is talking about witches and wizards there is no way this is real” she reasoned back.

“Yeah I get that but yang he was a king aren’t they supposed to be noble and stuff?” Jaune defended.

“Yeah he probably also had 15 wifes, none of which he was loyal to” Yang accused back.

“Whatever I’m still thinking there’s a chance it’s real”

“Ok vomit boy if it’s real then use it on me” Yang said as confident as ever.

“What?” Jaune asked shocked.

“Go ahead! Hypnotise me, do it!”

“Yang I’m not sure that’s a good idea”

“Oh please what are you worried about I’m telling to to do it, that’s verbal consent, so just do it!”

“Ok, you asked for it”

Jaune held the watch up to Yangs face and when he pushed the button on top, the watch sprung open and circular waves started emitting from the watch. Jaune looked on and saw Yangs face go from confident to complacent, her eyes became glassy like a dolls not showing any emotion.

“Yang? Are you messing with me?” He questioned cautiously.

“I am not messing with you master” Yang answered emotionless.

“‘Master’!?” Jaune asked shocked.

“Yes, you are my master, and it is my duty to serve you in any, way, possible” she answered as Jaunes mind began racing.
