Location: U.A Heights Alliance
The last few days I have been easing up and enjoying my school life. I have gotten a few messages deleted from La Brava to let me know that Himiko's toga hypnosis so far is going great, that she has become very submissive but at the same time void of any personality, and that perhaps she is suppressing a lot of her thoughts. It was better to not think about that. It would be better if I could explore more of her mind; however, I couldn't raise any more suspicion on me, so it was time to do student work these days.
However, I was surprised by some commotion today. I was coming out of my dorm room as I heard some noise downstairs. I decided to go there, curious to see what was happening, and as I arrived, I saw many of the students gathered around a blonde girl that I had not seen before. Ochaco, however, was standing on the side looking at the students with a smile. I also saw others like Bakugo or Shoto minding their own business, but seeing that I didn't know Shoto and Bakugo was probably still pissed at me, it was better to talk with the girl I liked.
"Hey Ochaco." She turned to look at me as she waved hello.
"Hi Jack." She looked a bit tired; no, it wasn't tiredness, more like she was faking a smile.
"What is going on?"
"A friend of ours from I-Island is visiting; well, she is mostly here for Deku since she and he are working on something together, but she likes to bring souvenirs and gifts for us."
"Does the B-class also get souvenirs?"
"She is more a friend of us than theirs."
"Heh" I tried not to laugh at the oblivious class preference. "Why aren't you with them?"
"There are already too many people there; I don't want to overwhelm her as well." I saw at the crowd as Melissa was waving to everyone and talking to them, but most specifically, she was next to Deku, her hand on his shoulder, as she seemed closer to him than others.
"Ooooooh—you are upset or jealous with her? Is this a Deku thing?"
"W-wait, I don't hate her."
"I never said you hate her; I said you were jealous and/or upset. Huge difference. I don't need an empath quirk to notice you have some certain dislikeness towards her."
"I—It's not like that."
"Well, why not just confess to him?"
"It's not that simple."
"Fair enough, I won't bother you with that, but just don't take too long; who knows what things could happen if you take too long to confess? Sooo, who is the girl?"
"That's Melissa Shield; she is from—"
"Oh, I know her. I have a friend back home that has worked with her on gadgets and technological advancements for heroes. She is not a celebrity, but it's known in the world of science and technology. I guess she is like a better Mei Hatsune but just American and blonde and probably less socially awkward and able to catch cues on how to behave normally, anyways."
"Yeah, she will probably inherit her father's company."
"... Oh." I never thought about it—resources. I could use someone to siphon resources into my project. "That's nice."
"Would you like me to present you?" I turned to smile at her and patted her head.
"Ochaco, just go talk with her; I am certain she is not a rival for you and Deku." I will make sure of that anyways. Besides, I don't know her, and she is around 10 other people; it would be weird with me there." She blushed, as she honestly just wanted to present me, but hey, no excuses to not go alone.
"I w-will think of that... Also, you have little blonde roots in your hair."
"Oh, I do dye my hair; I haven't in a while... What do you think? Do I look hotter as a blonde? My tan will run out soon too I guess" I smirked at her as she avoided my look; it was a weird question after all. "See you around, okay?" I needed some time alone with this girl, so I went to my bedroom to rest a little and investigate about her.
Later that afternoon
Deku and Melissa were talking about some sort of blueprints and projects. I couldn't listen to their talks; they were 'sort of' alone. "Hi there, I am not interrupting, I hope?" I walked closer as they both turned to look at me, surprised to see me there.
"Oh, hi—uhm—you are...Ojiro, right?"
"It's okay we have never met or talked before."
"Oh, thank goodness, I was panicking a little, thinking I forgot."
"I don't look that forgettable; don't worry."
"Jack, this is Melissa Shield. Jack is a foreign student; he is here for a few months for an exchange program."
"They are using me as a token of excellence of my academy; I am nothing special unlike you." I tried to compliment her as she felt flattered.
"Well, I am happy to meet you, Jack." Melissa extended her hand, and I shook it, noticing something extremely strange in her body, but I had to be more casual about it. "Me and Deku were talking about a project that I've been working on. on"
"Well, I am not smart, but I have heard enough from Sirli about you."
"Oh, you have worked with Sirli?"
"I hung out with her but not often or anything, but I have seen you work together on your inventions. Your gadgets are all so impressive. Did you know I have some of my equipment modeled after your inventions?"
"Oh really?"
"Yeah! Some of my boots and gauntlets, but they are a bit outdated. You stopped posting and showing your inventions around a year ago. What happened with that?"
"Oh, I have been busy with a personal project of mine." Izuku was staring quietly, as I had basically driven him away from the conversation.
"I do say I am quite interested in that, but I honestly miss the other gadgets you made, filled with love and appreciation for your own art. That's true dedication. I love the passion behind everything you have made. I assume this personal project is for Izuku?"
"I—well, yeah! It's a bit obvious now, isn't it?" I looked over the blueprints; it was an armor.
"Nice, I do not understand it, but it's nice."
"It will take some time to finish it, but it's helpful that Izuku is helping me."
"That's also nice, so you are helping him due to his lack of quirk?"
"Well, he lost his quirk, so I thought that he could help me by making armor that could help people without quirks as well. A suit to help police and other types of heroes."
"That's amazing; I have a mind quirk, but my body is as soft as Midoriya's here. So I understand the struggle... What about you?" I dropped the bomb, wanting to see if my suspicion was right.
"Oh, I don't have a quirk! I was born without one." And nailed it, absolutely nailed it. No wonder her body was absolutely easy; there was no resistance nor anything fighting against my own quirk. It's like she was completely available for manipulation.
"Small world, I guess. There is back at my island something called the Quirkless Helper Association. Well, it's not only on my island but rather in a few parts of the world: people that wish they didn't have a quirk or people that are quirkless gathering to be helpful members of society. I am sure you would make a great sensation there! I know this person; his name is Bright. He could hook you up with members from his association and help you publish and even fund some of your projects. I am honestly also part of it as a special member due to the help I have provided before."
"I don't think people should really hate their quirks." Izuku mentioned "Sometimes all it takes is more control of your own, perhaps to specialize yourself and—"
"Oh, I don't mean like hero quirks or silly quirks like having flexible fingers or shooting cheese out of your nostrils. Some quirks have made life harder on people, Izuku. There is this person who cannot hold spoons, towels, or even eat proper solid food since his body is melting away. He has a mutant quirk, and honestly, he hates it a lot. He cannot shower in drains because his body could slip away inside the tube; it happened to him as a kid, and he ended up being abandoned. Some people's quirks aren't as good as you think, and being quirkless is harmony for them."
"Well, being quirkless is really hard too."
"What do you mean?" We both, Melissa and I, said at the same time at Izuku's comment, I didn't even need to hypnotise her for her to say that but I took my chance to actually tweak with her mind a little.
"Well, when I was quirkless, I got a lot of horrible comments from Bakugo and his friends. Quirkless is not as good as it sounds either. I'm not saying it's horrible, but ignoring your problem doesn't mean solving it." I understood the sympathy he was trying to show, but I could use this to get Melissa away from Izuku with a bit of tweaking here and there on her brain that I could manipulate easily.
"Izuku, what are you trying to say? Did you not hear how someone's quirk is making his life a living hell? I mean Bakugo was the problem there wasn't he? Not you."
"Yes- Well no, its not that simple, but being quirkless wouldn't make it any better. Perhaps he needs more assistance handling his quirk."
"I am sorry, but when someone's trouble in life is that they cannot hug their loved ones or hold items with their hands without them melting inside his body or having to only eat liquid food and bars, I am sure that's a problem, especially if he has gone more than 20 years with it."
"I've heard of people being able to use their mutated quirks to become heroes even when they cannot control it; it's similar to Toru's."
"Toru is the invisible girl, right? I don't think it's fair comparing someone whose life is lacking in tact, love, and sensations and that could be washed away by a hard rain to someone invisible like her. I understand the social point, but it's not the same as being 'quirkless' to someone whose basic functions are already a hard task every day. And he is just a blob of flesh, no one loves him romantically and he has no family, just friends and a support group"
"I would like to comment as well, Izuku." Melissa interrupted I had fiddled with her mind as we spoke to make her more 'hostile and aggressive towards him,' almost like ticking her anger. "It's not okay to say that. If someone's life is a mess because of a quirk, perhaps being quirkless is alright, but thinking being quirkless is also a disability or a problem is messed up. My life is not problematic; sure, some have mocked me as well, but I don't consider myself having a disability."
"N-n-noonono, that's not what I meant. Look—"
I tried to up her anger, but not too much; making her blow up wouldn't be good after all. Might bring up unnecessary attention.
"Izuku, do you see yourself as someone with an actual disability?!" Of course that's not what he meant, but man, this was great! "Being quirkless is the way I am; I was born with it and decided to be a hero this way! I have never tried to make armor or special weapon equipment to try and fight alongside your friends, but I still want to be a hero my own way!" She was shouting now; I had to tone her down and make it look like I was the one de-escalating.

"Alright, alright. I think we hit a sensitive topic; let's all relax." I modified her brain, but I noticed her holding her head as she felt my quirk suddenly change her mood. Perhaps she is not 100% malleable in the intellectual aspect due to her being quirkless. I shouldn't play too much with her head. "Let's just forget this; I am sure Izuku just worded himself wrongly."
"Y-yeah... Sorry, I just mean that being quirkless is not as good either."
"I—yes, sorry for screaming... But being quirkless is fine; there is nothing wrong with being this way."
"She is right, Izuku; isn't that the point? That anyone can be a great hero? Quirk or not? It's not like someone would need power armor to become a hero; you can always be a cop or a firefighter. Those are great heroes. I honestly thought about becoming a firefighter before being a hero thanks to my quirk, since it can locate people around, but it turns out fire and explosions mess with my quirk as well. I picked up the hero course to get better at the gift I was given."
"And I followed my dad's steps because I knew that without a quirk I could still do great."
"Yes, there is no need to say quirks are the cause of why heroes exist; cops and firefighters are heroes. You don't need a power to be a hero, much less some special equipment, right?"
"R-right..." I grinned. I felt like a huge prick; with such an annoying smugness, I was practically rubbing in his face the fact he needed armor to become a hero again, such a fucking loser.
"Hmmm, my head hurts." Melissa touched her forehead as I patted her back.
"Sorry to bring up a touchy subject."
"N-no, no, I think it was just the plane trip."
"I can help you ease up the head pain; I have some pills back at my room too. My quirk gives me headaches sometimes. Hey Izuku, how about we talk later? Sounds good?"
"It's okay, sorry again." I picked up her stuff and walked her to my room.
"See you later, friend." I patted Melissa's back as we started to walk away, my quirk already getting more and more inside her head as I was fully manipulating her. I shouldn't have **** it so much, but from what I can see here. Quirkless are completely weak to my quirk. I wonder why. There are a lot of questions that I haven't answered so far about my quirk since I came here. I should explore how far I can go now that I think about it.
"How are you feeling?" I asked Melissa.
"Hmmm, better? I don't know what came over me; I didn't know I was this passionate about being quirkless, I guess."
"Eh, it happens; I am very passionate about pineapple on pizza." She chuckled.
"Are you against it or in favor?"
"Now now, we need one political discussion today, not two or three. You are American, right?"
"Technically speaking."
"Dope, I am too, technically as well, Nemo Island."
"Oh, I haven't visited that one; that's where Sirli lives, right?"
"Correct. The room is a few floors above."
"Thanks."
"Here are your blueprints."
"Thanks, Jack, right?"
"One and only. Hey, have you ever thought about franchising and supporting hero agencies with your own company?"
"W-well, we already do that, you know." We have reached my room in a matter of seconds as I open the door for her. No **** here, of course; I just wanted her to be alone with me. "Oh, your room is not decorated; you should see Izuku's. His room is-" I snapped my finger as she suddenly went quiet and blank-faced.

"Woah, you really are completely under my control. Being quirkless sucks, okay? You might freak out once I give you your consciousness back, soooo... let me tweak a memory here and there, and theeeen voila! You won't remember this as I mess with your mind here and there."
"However, seeing that you are the center of attention, I cannot keep you like this nor hypnotized, because that will be a problem, so let's tweak a trigger word, perhaps something in Russian? I feel Russian would be a great language to trigger your special word, and we will see what we can do with my quirk." I started to connect and disconnect sides of her brain, altering her personality but much more importantly adding a barrier, a new her, some sort of mindless drone that will obey me. Having someone with huge monetary resources is a great advantage for me, and if she is close to All Might, that's just a plus!
"Hmmmm." However, the biggest plus on her was those huge giant tits she had on her and that height too; she was built like a supermodel. Perhaps I could have my fun with her. "How about we do something fun in the meantime?" I came close to touching her breasts and was quite surprised; these tits were quite soft. I am not sure what it was, but she felt really soft to the touch; she had very pristine and pretty skin. "You are a pretty lady, too sophisticated, especially for a boy like Izuku. You need a real man in your life; I cannot simply hand you over to that loser."
"There we go, a nice secondary personality implanted very deep in your brain, ready to awaken at the sound of my voice and a command word that would be too niche to be heard." She, of course, was quiet. "Anyways, can I see the goods real quick?"
She unbuttoned her shirt and lifted her skirt for me. "That's cute, same color, nice."

"Your economical and body assets are great; I definitely can't let you go so easily, okay? After this, go back to doing what you are doing, but don't forget you are a bit mad at Izuku, so perhaps be on your own for a while. I will see you tomorrow; we will do many more things."
