A door was heard a person coming into the boys locker room "Jack?" A voice I recognised, it was Midnight who entered shyly.

"Why do you enter like a scaredy cat, I am sure you have come to a boys locker room before, alone or with company"

Location: Unforeseen Simulation Joint - Ruins Area

"So apparently we are getting a special guest today" Sero said to Mineta

"Wait really? I wonder who it could be..."

"Its Nejire hado, hero name Nejire Chan" I said as I approached, I was wearing the tech suit under my blue P.E tracksuit from the academy

"Wait do you not have a hero costume?" Sero asked

"Oh I do have it, but its just like a latex suit for hero work, so I have to wear this to not be so indecent, I don't want to decorate it with other things on top, its just that I don't like to be too showy, I prefer casual clothes if I am honest, but thanks for the concern"

"Also, How do you know Nejire? And How do you know its Nejire?" Mineta asked

"I saw her yesterday and well, I just like learning about heroes in Japan so I read about her" I lied, I got all info about her yesterday thanks to La Brava's skills, such a powerful quirk, she could do a great bodyguard and right on cue someone descended from the skies in a show of lightning and spirals, it was none other than Nejire Hado in her hero outfit.

"HI 1-A HOW IS EVERYONE DOING"

"Aaaah miss Nejire its always so energetic but she keeps thinking of us as 1-A class" Uraraka said with certain smile before Nejire noticed me among the crowd

"Woah Jack right?!"

"The one and only" I said wanting to be smuggy and funny

"Wait what are you doing with the 1-A class weren't you with 3-A?"

"M-miss Nejire we are now 3-A"

"OH RIGHT RIGHT! You guys grow so fast you are all such young adults! Make sure to enjoy your youth! Now allow me to explain today's hero training, as a hero you are certain to face threats up front that might want to bring you down, one of the most sensitive type of scenarios a hero must deal with is hostage situations. Hostage situations don't happen too often but when they do, you must be extremely careful if you don't want to end up hurting the person you are trying to save, usually negotiators or trades tend to happen in hostage situations and heroes must approach the best way to make the villain give up the person and as well capture the villain somehow, today we are going to be doing that! Half the class is going to be heroes, the other half is going to be the villain and here its our hostage!" She would show up just a normal looking mannequin

"A mannequin?" One of the students raised his hand it was the guy with blonde hair and sparkly but I forgot their name "Wouldn't be better if one of our teammates make the part instead? I mean if the point is saving a person I would rather someone who doesn't fall to pieces so easily right?" One of the arms mannequin detach on itself before Nejire stick it back

"Well uh-" She stutter thinking for a moment before I butted in-

"No, its not better, if we are saving people we must be extremely careful with them, specially with a villain around, a mannequin, specially a fragile one its a great way to do this excercise because we are being **** to actually take them in consideration"

"Uuuuh yeah! Let's go with that!" Nejire gave me a thumbs up as Tenya also replied

"No one can possibly remain calm when they're put in a chaotic situation where they feel like their entire world has been turned upside down. No matter who it is, they'll be overcome with anxiety... If we simply take this scenario as real as possible I would assume that the person being hostage is deeply scared, in shock, they might be erratic and make this even MORE difficult for us, in hindsight, a mannequin is the easy version instead"

"So heroes have it even harder than villains on this then?" Denki replied again

"Well no one said being a hero its easy, but if you are a villain whose quirk its- and no offense, being invisible, versus someone who can shoot lightning everywhere, the only way they can win is due to the hostage" I answered back

"Makes sense..." Tooru agreed. A whole discussion started as both Nejire and Midnight smiled as everyone was discussing the better way to handle it, but I shot a glance at Midnight smiling, which made her remember what was about to happen...

20 Minutes later

The grounds were set to start the practise, there were plenty places to hide, in ruins, buildings that were about to simply fall over if they were push hard enough, this was the city ruins at the Unforeseen Simulation Join, it was a great place to also situate a hostage situation so we weren't upset about the location being chosen. During all this time my quirk was active affecting Bakugo who was specially close to me most the time...

"Alright everyone gather up we are drawing the people for the first pick" Midnight pull out her phone "We are going to use a roulette and each time a name is chosen the person will be removed from the roulette, so let's start picking the hero-" She touched the phone's screen, the roulette spinned but I knew who was landing on "... Aaaaand the result is... Katsuki Bakugo! Please step in as the hero" He stepped in with his usual upset unbothered look, I really hated his face "Second-" Midnight gulped "Second is the villain-" She touched the screen I really just wanted to start walking forward but that was such a dumb thing to do "Jack Anders-"

"Please just Jack" I replied stopping her

"Jack... Please step in as the villain..." I came forward and grabbed the mannequin

"Okay, now the villains have 5 minutes to prepare where they will locate and what they will do for the mannequin or in other words hostage, the idea of the excercise is simple, the hero MUST save the hostage, wether by running away with the hostage unharmed, incapacitate the villain or make the villain let the hostage go, if given the case the hero takes the hostage unharmed or the villain let's go of the hostage they must come back here with the hostage unharmed still, if the hostage gets harmed in any way points shall be removed to the hero" Nejire said

"As for the villain?" I asked

"The villain must either stay with the hostage longer than 15 minutes or incapacitate the hero, that means that the villain can even stay hidden during the whole training and if its not found they win" She responded again

"Any other rule I should know about?"

"Not... No, that's all... Just don't hurt each other too much but you all know that"

"No promises" Bakugo said confident as I picked up the mannequin "Hey! Don't think just because you are new or from out of this place that I will go easy foreigner, better hide, I won't let your mind quirks get to me" He spat at me as if trying to get a reaction out of me

"No, I don't care to be honest, I will actually be in that building" I pointed "Third floor, hurry up because those 15 minutes might end up becoming shorter than you expect" I simply took the mannequin and trot forward, leaving some of the people confused as to why I just told him where I would be.

The 5 minutes pass

The training began...

As soon as the alarm sounded Bakugo shoot up in the sky starting to fly he thought of heading to the building but quickly he scouted around the area he was being extra careful, looking the outsides, then the top floors then bottom floors... He stopped for a moment thinking of heading straight for the third floor but instead gave a quick look around to the buildings behind the building in case I was hiding there, in the mean time I was sitting, holding the mannequins hand bored out of my mind, waiting for him in the building, I actually expect him to arrive early but seems like he was more paranoid about my suggestion than not.

After a while I heard some explosions nearby and as I wanted he soon arrived, he came through one of the holes where a window was before, he looked around the place noticing just a bunch of trash and random metal pipes and construction tools laying around but nothing awful "PFT What? Giving me the win for free? Are you seriously not going to try?" He snarked at me like he had the victory on the bag.

"Hm? No. I just understand the situation better, because I actually listen you know... Anyways-" I stood up, pulled out a sharp razor blade I made with the tools here, it was basically a handmade shiv/knife, I got behind the mannequin placing my arm around the neck of the 'hostage' and yelled "-Get down on the ground, do nothing or I will stab this hostage dead, Is this clear!?"

"Excuse me?" He asked with an angry look

"You heard me! My japanese writing might not be the best, but my speaking, too damn perfect, now get down on the ground, take off your hero costume any hero tool you have, any hero item, just be down to your briefs and-"

"And if I don't?"

"Are you deaf? I told you, I will KILL the hostage, is this better?"

"..." Bakugo just gave me a more angry look "You can't hurt the hostage"

"Says who?" I simply cut the mannequin's arm as if I was actually dealing with a hostage situation "Oh wow, How did I do that? I will not ask again, do it or the hostage gets it, you run away and the hostage gets it anyways"

"... That's a mannequin..." He got into running positioning "Only reason you haven't been killed yet JACK, its because you are still holding onto that thing, stop being a coward and use those quirks of you to bring me down"

"No thank you, I am staying here"

"WHAT! Are you scared of me?" Bakugo kept tempting me on dropping the mannequin and go one on one with him

Meanwhile back at the starting point, there were cameras watching Jack and Bakugo

"Huh this is interesting, kero." Tsuyu said

"He is right, he can actually threaten the hostage and **** the hero to follow his demands, this is actually very fair common in hero situations, but Bakugo is acting out of line by not seeing the fact that's an actual hostage, lack of imagination thinking something like this would never happen"

"Also its 10 minutes left and so far Jack has used no quirks, he is actually relying on the dummy, but Kacchan its not just wasting time, he is mocking Jack to get a reaction out of him, he is asking him to fight him so he slips and Jack moves away from the dummy, maybe he is taking it serious..." Deku overanalyzed everything as the only one quite was Midnight who was deeply worried about Bakugo

"Yeah but are you sure that's going to happen? Seems like Jack is the one getting on Bakugo's nerves" Momo said waiting for something to happen

Back at the ruins

"HEY COME ON! STOP MESSING AROUND, YOU WANT A FAILING NOTE TOO OR SOMETHING?! COME AT ME ALREADY FUCKING IDIOT, I DON'T CARE ABOUT SOME SHITTY LOOKING MANNEQUIN, YOU SAID YOU WERE STRONG RIGHT?" Bakugo shouted

"Whatever you say bud, not letting go yet, besides if you actually wanted to just get this over with. You would've grabbed the mannequin and blast as hard as you could, but you are just scared of breaking it right? What a boring thing, fine let's wait clock to be over then"

"I know what you are, you are scared, Kirishima got you worried about losing fights and now you are doing this cheap tactics against me-" He spat as he walked closer to me "So you would rather do this and get both fails than you actually trying to do something risky" He smiled "Scared so much then?"

"No its not that" I looked at the clock... 8 minutes

"Then what is it? Afraid of being beaten up, I won't hurt you much"

"No, I am just allergic to faggots like you" Bakugo had gotten closer as they talked, thinking I was about to snap at him and he would seize me first and get mannequin later, perhaps its time for me to activate my quirk

"What did you say?" He was ready to blast away thinking he wasn't under the effect of my quirk, wanting to blow me into smithereens

"Besides faggot deaf too? I don't repeat myself" Bakugo stopped on his tracks staring at me as I called him that word once more, his upset look changing to one smiling his hands exploding before he yells

"OH YEAH! LET'S SEE ABOUT THIS!" The fight was going to begin
