Chapter 9 by headboard356 headboard356

Is the butterfly effect at work?

Indeed, to Josh's surprise

The rest of the school day was uneventful, thankfully for Josh. His latest change meant that he didn't get hard when female fingers felt around down there, and he noticed the same for the other dicks he touched throughout the day. Plus, there was a lack of hardened nipples when he caressed classmates' tits, further indicating his idea had worked. It all seemed positive to him; if the average person was getting this much sexual attention during a normal day, the least he could do was prevent embarrassing reactions like he had suffered earlier.

After taking the bus home, Josh was greeted with an empty house. His parents wouldn't be home from work for a few hours yet, and since it was Friday, he had a whole weekend ahead of him to enjoy, not to mention a party later that night at his friend Adam's house. Setting his backpack in his room, Josh leaped onto the living room couch, turned on the TV, and tried to relax.

But that was easier said than done. He knew the app's timer was counting down, and it was sitting at approximately one hour when he last checked his phone on the bus ride home. Plus, he still couldn't shake the feeling that the time afforded to him for his last change seemed off. Something just didn't feel right, and he had to figure out why. Abandoning the living room for his own bedroom, Josh sat down at his desk and powered on his PC. The internet will have some answers, he hoped.

But where to start? After a moment's thought, he typed "sexual stimulation" into Google. The broader the better, right? What popped up was the usual articles: Wikipedia and a bunch of other sites trying to be Wikipedia. Clicking on Encyclopedia Britannica, he skimmed their entry for the topic and saw exactly what he expected - except for a few paragraphs that clearly were new. New to him, at least.

"For reasons not yet known to scientists and anthropologists, it is generally difficult for humans to reach arousal, and eventually, orgasm, through physical touch." OK, Josh thought, that sounds like my change. But the next few lines read: "This phenomenon resulted in early human societies placing high value on sexual skill, which has permeated into the modern day. Those that can bring their partners to orgasm rapidly are highly sought after in romantic circles."

That's weird, Josh thought. So the app has the power to retroactively change history? Is this why I got so much time for that last one?

There had to be more to this. So, he opened another tab and mindlessly searched "orgasm faster." To his surprise, dozens of sites and forum posts popped up, all with people asking the same questions. "how can I cum faster?? tired of jacking off for 20 min," "Top 10 Tips To Halve Your Bedroom Time," "my boyfriend takes forever to get hard. any advice, reddit?" So, strangely, it appeared that by making it harder to get aroused, Josh had accidentally made coming faster something that people WANTED, not something to be avoided. And since difficulty getting horny was a universal thing, talking about it (at least online) was now mainstream. Just like how he was used to people discussing how hot they found others pre-timer, people in this new world were used to talking about how good others were at sex.

In fact, it was so mainstream, he stumbled across an apparently viral social media post from a famous actress he sort of recognized. She had written, just last week, "Happy three month anniversary to me and my boyfriend!!! no one has ever made me come faster and harder! #blessed." Stunned, he opened his own social media feed on his phone and saw several posts from people he knew openly discussing that kind of stuff. One of his English classmates had written recently how his new girlfriend Layla was "giving me the fastest head of my life...she's awesome!!"

After scrolling for a bit, Josh hatched an idea for his next user change. I don't know if it will allow me to reverse my last entry, he thought, but it's not awful - it's at least got the whole world talking openly about their sex lives, which is definitely turning me on. So, being the benevolent god that he had apparently become, Josh elected to balance out the difficulty of getting aroused with the reward.

Human orgasms are three times more pleasurable than they are now.

He smashed submit, excited for both the app's reaction and to try out the new change himself..

How does this entry change the world?
