In another Dimension

The HYDRA Queen, or better known as the Scarlet Serpent had cast the opened a window to view the world of her HYDRA hope to annex. Part of her plan to take over the multiverse. The key to it all was one of her sources of power, The HYDRA Crown. A version of the Serpent Crown created by the Elder God Set, a nine headed serpent bent on rule the world and wiping out all mammals while he does it. The crown granted great powers... but bound them to the demonic being.

However, with help of HYDRA's resources of both science and magic, she had created a version of the headgear without the leash to Set. Including this new one, soon to be sent to the new universe. To guide and aid her counterpart realize her potential, and create the Superior HYDRA she had founded. It would help that the crown would link their minds allowing The HYDRA Queen to mold her counterpart.

Waiting for the right moment, when her counterpart was alone and in the right position. Then she sent the Crown to sit on their head and begin the transformation.

Meanwhile in the new universe...

Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch felt the crown on her head as new thoughts and ideas began to fill her mind. Trying to overwhelm her as it spoke with her own voice.
