In a far away kingdom

The ship came to a stop in the far off kingdom of Vrodo, several passengers stepping off the boat as they made their way into the tropical island's kingdom. Among these passengers was a tall, slender, and voluptuous, red headed nineteen year old woman with pale skin, brown eyes, and a weird blue tattoo on her left arm. The young woman was dressed in a custom-made armor, a blue skirt, black boots, and diamond shaped silver earrings. And on her back was a scabbard containing a broadsword.

This was none other than the S-Class Mage of The Fairy Tail guild herself, Erza Scarlet.

Erza looked around the port before looking down at the flyer in her hands that she had picked out from the bullet board. Natsu and Lucy had a monster slaying mission up North, and Grey had gone East to aid in a war.

Which left Erza with the rather mundane task of playing bodyguard to a small organization that was desperately reaching out for protection. A group that went by the name of, "The Rouge Guild".

"Hmm..." Erza said to herself thoughtfully as she reread the flyer, paying close attention to the name of the diabolical demon they were begging to be saved from. "Lina the Dragon Spooker..."

"Hey, Lina? What exactly are we doing here again?"

At that question, a nineteen year old woman with long red hair, pale skin, ruby red eyes, a short 4'10" frame, small breasts, and a small fang nearly tripped and fell from the shock. The woman was dressed in a black headband under her red hair, golden earrings, a red uniform consisting of white stripes, yellow top, a purple cape with black on the back, white gloves and boots, golden earrings, and black, gold, and red shoulder pads. And in the scabbard on her belt was a longsword.

This was none other than Lina Inverse, The Dragon Spooker. And "The Bandit Killer". "The Enemy of All Who Live", "The Empress of Destruction", "The Natural Disaster Mage", "The Raven-Black Witch", "The No-Breasts Demon", and "Lina the Pink".

"Are you kidding me right now, Gourry?!" Lina snapped at her taller, blonde male traveling companion. "How could you seriously have forgotten?! I told you ten times before we arrived, you jellyfish brain!"

"Well, could you remind me again, please?" Gourry asked, getting a bonk on the head and a groan of annoyance from the shorter sorceress in response.

"Alright! But actually listen this time, because this is the last time that I'm explaining it." Lina said, "We're here to collect a bounty on The Rouge Guild; the most craftiest gang of thieves in Vrodo! They've never been caught once, and the reward for their capture will land us an early retirement!"

"Oh, I think I get it now."

"Somehow, I doubt that." Lina sighed, shaking her head. "But before we head out," she donned a heroic and determined grin, "there's something important that we must take care of!"

Erza had just walked into town as she spotted a tavern nearby, walking inside as she headed up to the bar.

"What'll be, Ma'am?" The Barkeep asked as she wiped out a mug, "But you better make it quick before the two bottomless pits over there eat us out of business."

Confused, Erza looked behind her and was surprised to see what looked like a father and his daughter scarfing down enough food to feed two armies. She grimaced, realizing those two could give Natsu a run for his money.

"Hey now, don't let her hear you say that!" A man at the bar whispered to the barkeep, "Do you have any idea who that is?!"

"Humor me."

"I just came back from Seyruun up north, and heard all about her." The Man replied in a hushed tone, "That's THE Lina Inverse! You know, The Dragon Spooker?!"

Erza's eyes widened at that, pulling out the flyer again and looking over the name. "Lina the Dragon Spooker". She then looked back up at what she thought was a young girl practically inhaling a roast chicken before looking back down at the name, looking back up at the redheaded girl at the table once more.

That was the Lina this Rouge Guild was worried about?
