COMMANDING AURA

The target will slowly become more dominant and assertive. When the target gives another person an order, that person will feel compelled to obey the order. The strength of this compulsion is based on the level of dominance the target has when giving the order.

That's... that's probably fine, right? I shouldn't worry about that? Because I feel like I'm kind of panicking right now. I've seen the difficulty that comes with women that I can't control. How am I supposed to deal with a dominatrix? This initial attribute sure as hell doesn't give me any leverage over her. And speaking of "her," I still don't know which twin got this identity.

"Violet, please tell me you know which twin you locked-on to this time," I plead.

Violet looks away and starts to nervously chuckle.

"Um... whoops..."

I look down the hall to see that the twins are gone. I quickly see if I can catch back up with them while Violet follows close behind. We take a turn, only to be greeted by a door out of the building. Looking out, I see a bunch of people walking in various directions between classes. Shit. Who knows what direction they went in?

"You can't be serious," I groan.

"I'm really sorry, Matt. I wasn't thinking. At least, I wasn't thinking with my head. I guess that proves why you're in charge, not me," Violet says with a sad look.

"Hey, don't get all mopey on me. You didn't know this would happen," I try to console her. "But for now, how about we leave the remote stuff to me?"

"Right. I promise I won't touch it again without your permission," Violet tells me. I grab her and pull her into a hug, which clearly makes her feel better. At the end of the day, I'm still her boyfriend, and I can't stand seeing her like this. "You don't think this Skye girl is going to start causing problems, do you?"

"Hard to say. The only way to know for sure is to keep an eye on her. Unfortunately, that's going to be much more difficult since we don't know which one she is."

I didn't mean for that to be a jab at Violet, but I can tell it still hurts to hear based on the way she winces. Now I feel even worse. I'm not used to having to cheer her up. Usually, she's the peppy one trying to make me happy.

As much as we don't want to, the two of us decide to spend a bit of time discussing this whole Cunningham issue to see what we know.

"Well, we have two sisters: Christina and Skye, as we've just learned. One is your stereotypical mean girl who's part of one of the local sororities. The other is, from our experience, much nicer and seems to be very aware of how obnoxious her sister is," I say.

"And now, each sister has a different identity. The first one I hit ended up with "Pig" and is going to start getting progressively messier. The second got "Dominatrix" and is likely going to start ordering people around soon. Considering that this is the Random Remote we're talking about, there's no way to know for sure which girl got which identity," Violet adds.

"So either we just turned a bitch into an even meaner, more powerful bitch, or we turned a sweet, innocent girl into an aggressive mistress. Neither of those are great outcomes. Especially considering whichever one isn't the domme is the pig..."

"Yeah, not exactly the most glamourous transformation... Man, I just wanted to have some more sexy fun. I didn't realize this was going to turn into work," Violet huffs.

"We'll figure it out. And hopefully once we get everything sorted out, we can go back to enjoying ourselves. For now, there's not anything we can do. Let's just both keep an eye out for the twins from now on to see if we can learn anything," I say.

"Okay," Violet responds, still a bit upset.

"Come on, V. Let's not worry about it too much for now. I don't know about you, but I'm still starving."

I must have hit something, because Violet suddenly has a look of realization.

"Oh, right! Lunch! I almost forgot! I was really excited to show you how Bianca is doing!" She says.

"Then lead the way."

That seems to have put a bit of pep back in her step, as Violet grabs my arm and pulls me to the cafeteria. It's good to see her somewhat back to normal. I don't know how much longer I could have stood her being like that. Thankfully, it seems like nothing keeps Violet down for too long. As we make our way into the cafeteria, she looks back at me and smiles.

"With any luck, she should already be here," she informs me.

I check the time to see that despite the twin fiasco, we're actually still a bit early. I didn't realize I made Shannon end her class that early. But hold on a second... Violet just said Bianca might be here by now. It's a miracle when Bianca gets to an event on time. I don't think that girl's been early to anything in her entire life. Just what did Violet do to her? Now I'm really curious...
