Hyuuga Neji

The elders chose Hyuuga Neji for the mission. Stoic and professional demeanor, jounin rank, good breeding and byakugan were all points in his favor, but of course, none of that would have mattered if the brooding young stud couldn't seal the deal.

Luckily, as many a girl could attest, Neji was blessed with obvious good looks and, something llittle less known, had a successful record with quite a few seduction missions. All enemy kunoichi whom he had reduced to quivering messes or obedient cock sleeves. In truth, they would have used his talent a lot more in the field, but the risk of spreading the byakugan was unacceptable.

Luckily, in this case, this "weakness" turned out to be a plus.
