Head to familiar ground

You opened the hatch to exit the escape pod... and realized you had no idea where you were.

It looks like you landed off course and in an area not included in the game you are familiar with. With a crowd gathering, you decided to take off running. Hopefully, you can put some distance between yourself and the crash site before the local authorities showed up. Not to mention it was only a matter of time before the Sith would make their presence known on the ground.

With the sun setting in the sky, you navigated your way across the streets of Taris, weaving your way through the streets and the people walking down them. You found your way into a clothing store and managed to buy a new casual outfit and overcoat that would help hide your lightsabers and has extra pockets for any useful items. After paying 25 credits, you made your way to an air taxi. Thankfully, services hadn't been disrupted yet and after spending 50 credits, you told the driver to fly you to the cantina near... what was the name of the woman who owned that store near it? Oh, yeah. Kelba Yurt. Thankfully, the driver took you where you wanted to go.

As you were being flown to where you knew as the southern part of the Upper City, you took a moment to look around. It really hit you that you were in another world... no, a galaxy far, far away. You were beginning a whole new journey, one that would take you to places and heights that you never thought you would actually go. Your body was humming as you gazed at the city and the night sky filled with stars and the ships that would... completely doom the planet.

As you stepped out of the air taxi, you took a deep breath as you headed inside the apartment complex nearby that housed what should be your base. Thankfully, the layout was recognizable and familiar to navigate. It was more high definition and detailed than remembered, but video games were different from the new reality you were in. The plan was clear for your time on Taris:

1. Rescue Bastila
2. Get out

3. (Opportunistic) Take as much credits, goods, etc. as you can

You picked the lock to the apartment you used as your base in the game and slowly settled in. It was bigger than the original and had things such as a small bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. Thankfully, the water, and thus the shower, still worked so you could get yourself cleaned up. You dried yourself off and went to sleep.

After the first vision things got weird...

You were walking down a dark hallway on a starship, a faint voice could be heard as you approached a room.

"Is this really what needs to be done? You would be..." You felt a push, as if the fragment of memory was being suppressed. You tried resisting, but the memory gave way to darkness.

You woke up with a gasp as morning light shined down from the sky. 'Ok... that was unexpected.' You thought. That was definitely something new, and you weren't sure how to feel about it. Regardless, you couldn't stop to think about the mysterious vision. You have work to do.
