Harry is so big compared to everyone he should be running the school

Harry walked into the Great Hall and was amazed at what he saw. No other guy even came close to his size, and from what he could tell, the girls seemed to have less power than him too. He saw Hermione who had at least a E cup chest and Ron who was smaller than Harry.

Harry sat down at the table, saying hello to his friends, and wondered what change he should make next. He had a thought and wrote Those with lesser power level will feel submissive to those with greater power levels of the opposite gender. The more powerful partner desires a partner just under their power level for further humiliation.

Harry stood up and decided to take a walk to figure out who he wanted to partner with.
